Well actually, I didn't do so great. Exercise wise anyways. 2 days now I haven't worked out.. it's just that I don't have any strive to right now. But let's talk about eating.. this is for yesterday btw:
Breakfast - fried egg, toast (no butter)
Lunch - 2 servings of chicken sopa (which contains tortillas, chicken, cream of chicken, and cheese... my favorite food in the WORLD)
Dinner - I was too full from lunch
Snack - sliced peaches
80 oz. of water!!!
I also weighed in yesterday morning 1 pound lighter!
