For breakfast I had a package of oatmeal with low fat milk. Now off to school!

For lunch today I had a ham and cheese sandwich, no crust. Actually.. it may have been turkey - I don't remember. Nor did I care.. I was hungry :p I also had an orange and a half, and a banana. For dinner I'll be having the other half of the sandwich from last night. And don't count on me working out today.. I'm not feeling to well.

And for the record.. I've drunk 72 oz. of water today!!!!!!! OMG!
 
Well.. no. I wasn't good this morning. Technically this morning was great, towards the middle and end of the school day though it wasn't so pretty.. Us immature freshman.. :(

Diet and exercise wise I was pretty good though! I jogged a quarter mile (1/4) today pretty damn fast. I beat out more than half the class! Possibly 3/4 of the class! I also did some light running (since no one passes it to me) in football for about 45 minutes. And although I didn't think I would, I managed to get in 50 minutes of cardio with the work out tape!!!

Food and Fitness Today:

Breakfast - A pouch of oatmeal, 2% fat free milk
Lunch - Ham (or Turkey) and cheese sandwich (no crust), an orange and a half, and a banana
Fitness - 1/4 mile jog
Dinner - 1/2 sandwich
On the sandwich:
Turkey
Cheese
Lettuce
Mayonaise
Fitness: 50 minute cardio work out tape
 
Sounds like you are doing a good job. For all the excerise you are getting maybe you should be eating a little more??? I mean your body still needs the energy and all...but all ina ll your doing great. I saw you on the chat tonight and tried tos ay hello around 11p but i got no response yet....well good luck with the next day and just remember!...one day at a time!
 
I saw you in the chatroom Sara, but then you left right after I said Hi. :( I think I get enough food but I could use some more snacks I think.

Also, I forget to say this, I've drunk over 100 oz. of water today!!!!!
 
Got in 12 reps on each side with the cross crunch and man my abs feel great! I'd do this every day but it's recommended to use it every other day and I'll try to do that.. :p But who knows!?
 
For breakfast:

1/2 sandwich.
On the sandwich:
Turkey
Cheese
Lettuce
Mayonaise
and some milk.

Now off to school!

Well, today was no good for exercise. I got in none! :( But I ate very little to componsate for that.

So here's how it looks:

Breakfast - the sandwich I've mentioned three times (1/2 of it)
Lunch - Ham and cheese sandwich (no crust), an apple and a banana
Dinner - 1/2 chicken breast

Approximately 40 oz. of water! Well I'm off to bed! It's late and I'm beat. G'night everyone :)
 

Ahhh dont eat little just because you didn't work out! (If the body is being deprived of calories it can actually practically put a stop to your metabolism because it thinks it has to conserve the fat!) - I know how hard it is to work out... I'm the worst for it! Every day is a new day so don't get down about it!

Well actually, I didn't do so great. Exercise wise anyways. 2 days now I haven't worked out.. it's just that I don't have any strive to right now. But let's talk about eating.. this is for yesterday btw:

Breakfast - fried egg, toast (no butter)
Lunch - 2 servings of chicken sopa (which contains tortillas, chicken, cream of chicken, and cheese... my favorite food in the WORLD)
Dinner - I was too full from lunch
Snack - sliced peaches
80 oz. of water!!!

I also weighed in yesterday morning 1 pound lighter!
 
Quick daily input:

No exercising.. :(
Breakfast - two scrambled eggs
Lunch - 3 bites of clam chowder, 5 bites of salad with ranch
Salad had, beats, carrots, cheese, tortilla chip strips, tomotoes, and I think that's it
Dinner - 1 cup worth of chicken sopa

We signed up for the racquetball place!! We're going tomorrow! Should be fun!

I'll try and exercise after school. But we'll see :eek:
