I didn't get in any exercise after school but here's what I did get today. 1/4 mile jog and 1 hour of racquetball. I also plan and will do 24 reps on the cross crunch. For lunch I had a PB&J sandwich (no crust) and a banana. For dinner I had 2 plain burgers with just garlic salt and green beans.
I'm also going to make it 70 oz. of water for the day!
