I didn't get in any exercise after school but here's what I did get today. 1/4 mile jog and 1 hour of racquetball. I also plan and will do 24 reps on the cross crunch. For lunch I had a PB&J sandwich (no crust) and a banana. For dinner I had 2 plain burgers with just garlic salt and green beans.

I'm also going to make it 70 oz. of water for the day! :)
 
Quick post because I'm low on time...

1/2 mile run today - worked myself pretty hard!

Breakfast - Yogurt-to-Go
Lunch - PB&J (no crust), banana, apple
Dinner - 1 small chicken breast, 1 baked potato (plain)
Dessert - orange
I've had over 40 oz. of water and 1 1/2 cups of 1% low fat milk
24 reps on the cross crunch coming up!

I don't feel like typing much so here's an update of yesterday's food:

Breakfast - Yogurt To Go
Lunch - Ham and cheese sandwich, banana
Exercise - 1/2 mile jog (pretty darn fast at that)
Dinner - 1 cup of hamburger helper
Throughout the day I snacked on popcorn (500-700 calories!!! :eek:)
Around 40 oz. of water.

Breakfast this morning: Few bites of chicken sopa

I've done horrible keeping up with this lately... :eek: So I guess I'll update yesterday first..

Breakfast: Something.. but I don't remember. I think a yogurt to go.
Exercise: 1/2 jog/walk. My nose was running and I had to stop jogging less than halfway through.
Lunch: Chicken Sopa
Dinner: Roastbeef Sandwich which had,
~lettuce
~beets
~mayo
~white bread
About 40oz. of water.

TODAY!
Breakfast - Missed it. :( I didn't mean too.. but I didn't have time)
Exercise - 1 hour of racquetball!!!! We're going tomorrow as well!
Lunch - 2 cherry tomotoes, 1 apple, 1 cup of strawberry-banana sauce and a stick of cheese.
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Who knows as of yet...
I've had a bottle of water so far.. but I'll drink more later.
 
Well, I can't really update you guys with my food today. I went to a buffet and I had a little of each food group. I did REALLY good at the buffet. I've drank a lot of water today too!

Exercise wise though :D A+

1 hour of racquetball
30 minutes work out tape
25 reps on 75 pound resistance on the cross crunch (equal to 100 crunches)
 
I haven't really been posting in here lately (been busy). Anyways, some recaps of today. I ran 3/4 of a mile without stopping. It was more of a very slow jog but like we've discussed, that's not the point! The point is I did! I also weighed in today at 199.5 pounds!!! I broke 200!!!!

Chicken sopa is a dish with chicken, tortillas, cheese, and cream of chicken. It's really bad for you but soooooooo good!

Also today, to go along with the 3/4 mile jog I got in a lot of running at P.E. playing a game of keep away with my friends. What are we, 3? :p

Lol!!! :D Hey, the stupid games were the best lol...
your doin great, and this is a bit late, but I saw earlier that you said you were snacking on popcorn- you can get personal size bags of popcorn that are like 100 cals...and they taste good to :)
 
Thanks for the encouragement :) I hope you're doing great as well!

My class ran the mile today, my time, 9:58!!! My NEW record! Last mile was my second best time at 10:45! Can you say improvement? I also ran around during P.E. and played an hour of racquetball earlier. :)

Just wanted to update this and a few things. The last two days I haven't done the best. On Tuesday I ate a lot, of good foods but still, more than I should've. Yesterday I had four tablespoons of peanut butter. Also, for awhile I wasn't getting enough water but I changed that quickly and I'm back to drinking my water! :D

Well, time for some breakfast. Le Oatmeal! Ja.
