Eric's Diary

Eating breakfast as I speak. My breakfast, a bowl of fruit loops with banana! :) Woot! Okay, off to school. :p
 
Quick update:

Lunch - Apple, 6 carrots. (The sandwich was bad)
Exercise - Firstly, I jogged 1/2 mile nonstop. Then took about a three minute break before jogging another 1/2 mile. About 15 minutes later I walked 1/4 mile and followed that up by a 1/4 mile jog. So, I went 1.5 miles in about 18 minutes of total jogging/walking (not including the breaks). :)

Snack - Apple.

I'm not sure what dinner is going to be though. Hopefully something good with veggies!

Oh My God! I never told about my experience on Sunday. I was out shopping for some dress pants for Easter Sunday and I tried on a 38. It fit comfortably!!! Which is 4 sizes down from when I started this! :)
 
Yeah! Carrots! Try putting romaine lettuce on your sandwiches. Iceburg lettuce has no nutritional value, and so in my opinion counts as a veggie about as much as shot of water and a piece of note paper.

Good for you for trying!

Dinner - Pork chop, serving and a half of stuffing, serving and a half of green beans, and topped it all off with a banana.

I got in 80 oz. of water today! Also, right now I'm feeling a bit deprived of food so I'm going to find something healthy to scarf down :) Good night everyone!

Quick breakfast update: Medium bowl of fruit loops with 1% fat free milk.

And I'm also having 16 oz. of water before I head off to school.
 
I'm so proud of you Eric! That's the first green veggie I can remember reading in your diary! Great job (it's the small victories that keep us going!)!
 
I'm really pissed at myself right now. Dinner sucked! But, I'll start with lunch.

PB and J sandwich and two apples.

Then ran around in PE for about an hour.

Snack: Banana
Snack 2: Apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Bowl of fruit loops, apple with peanut butter, and a whole lot of chips with salsa.

HORRIBLE!!! I know... so, afterwards we went out and stocked up the fridge with tons of green veggies that I'm going to start cramming in my mouth! Tomorrow I'm going to have a turkey sandwich w/ mustard and lettuce. Plus an apple. Then dinner.. well, I don't know, but something healthy! :) I'm tired and stressed so it's time to hit the hay. Goodnight for now :D
 
Breakfast today;

Well, I read on choosebreakfast.com that you should have at least 3 of the 4 food groups, dairy, protein, fruit, and grains. So, I went with those first three. I had banana with peanut butter and to drink, sunmilk. Also, my lunch today is a turkey sandwich with miracle whip and lettuce, grape tomatoes, and an apple. So there's veggies right there! Yay :) Oh, and it's romain lettuce, which I heard is better than iceberg.
 
Okay, so for lunch, I did have the turkey sandwich with miracle whip and lettuce. I also had grape tomatoes and an apple. At home I've had a snack which consisted of radishes, cucumber slices, and grape tomotoes. I've reached 7 servings of fruits and veggies today and I'm sure it'll go up! :) That's it for now, I'll update this with dinner later.

Oh! And exercise - 1/4 mile and about 45 minutes of basketball. I'm running the mile tomorrow, expect a new record! (Current Record - 9:55)
 
So, after the veggies snack my brother and I went down to the pool for a little over an hour. After taking a shower after the pool, I had dinner, which consisted of tuna w/ pickles and miracle whip on a slice of white bread. I know, I know, we need wheat bread. But we'll probably get that over the weekend. I also had a cup of milk. I spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen (e-gasp!) and finished off the day with an apple. I'll be going to bed soon (hopefully) and then wake up tomorrow morning and pray for great Friday! Since today sucked at school... :( Anyways, I'm over it now.

Lunch today (is going to be..): Turkey sandwich with mustard and lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and and orange.

Hopefully I'll be running the mile today!! I'll update my exercise when I get back later on.
 
Well, we didn't run the mile, but I got in 1/2 a mile. When I got home, I had an apple. Then my brother and I went out for an hour and walked around. :)
 
Dinner: Lemon chicken with some mashed potatoes. And an apple.

Four pieces of fat free gum. It's late. Good night everyone :)
 
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with ham and fried potatoes. And some milk.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mustard. Serving of grape potatoes. Serving of cucumber. Apple.

1 hour of racquetball.

Snack: Apple.

32 oz. of water so far today.
 
Dinner: 12 grilled shrimp and a slice of lemon.

20 minutes of exercise.

40 oz. of water in total.
 
I woke up at 4:45 am this morning so we could drop my mom off at the airport. She's visiting a friend all week! Afterwards, my godmother and I went for breakfast at Denny's. Scary I know. I had about 16 oz. of milk and 8 oz. of water to drink. Along with a lot of hashbrowns and half an egg, ham, american cheese, and swiss cheese sandwich on sourdough bread.

We returned to her place and I went to sleep for awhile. After getting up, heading out to the movies to see Ice Age 2. Great freaking movie!! :) Then returned home where I had lunch. A tuna sandwich with lettuce.

So far I've had 40 oz. of water. I'm hoping to make it 64 - 72 oz. by the end of the night! :)
 
What are the grape potatoes you had for dinner?
