That is soooooooooo cool. 36 is like normal size! Woo hoo! Hey, I'm having chicken, rice a roni and carrots. I got the kind where its long grain and a whole cup only is 4 points. I didn't see water on your list..........lol

Well, I wasn't here ALL DAY! So here's an update...
Breakfast - Bowl of fruit loops.
Snack - Banana
1 hour of racquetball, won 1, lost 2 :(
Lunch - 6" turkey sub w/ mustard and lettuce
Dinner - Chicken breast, green beans, pear
Snack - Apple

I reckon I did pretty good but I'm really looking forward to school again! I'm so much more active during school!!! >< This week killed me! x( Alright, that's all for now! :)
 
I work for the school system and we've been out this week also, which means lay around the house time and try not to think about food. I almost am looking forward to Monday, just to get my routine back, but I think you did pretty good even on vacation. Just keep up whatever you're doing and DRINK THAT WATER, lol.
 
I forgot to mention, I had 100 oz. of water yesterday!! Today, I'm at 24 oz. Still got about 6 hours left to drink though. :p

Breakfast - 2 sausage links, and a pancake with light syrup. Banana.
Snack - Cantelope (spelling??)
Snack - Banana
Lunch (snackish) - Wheat thins with cheese (yum!!)

That's all for now! :)
 
Dinner - Turkey, carrots, mashed potatoes, and friend rice w/ peas and pork.

So far, 40 oz. of water and counting

Ya know, I never told this story. I went out and bought shorts the other day (2 days ago if I'm not mistaken) and the size was 38!!! Wow! I actually bought a 38. That is awesome. I can't wait till I buy 36!

Also, breakfast today was a bowl of fruit loops.

Now, off to church!
 
Hey Eric. I haven't posted in one of your threads since you started back in Feb. I was amazed to see your progress in such a short time! You are really dropping that weight! Great job. I'm glad you are taking control and getting your life back.

I just have to know how things have changed for you at school. Last we talked you were having kids being mean and making jokes. Have they changed their attitudes? Just curious.

Keep up the fantastic job! You go Eric!
 
Thanks for posting :) Of course the kids haven't stopped! They're immature little kids. They don't mean anything by it, just playing around. I just don't think they realize how personal we can take it at times.

I have got a few compliments from people at school about my weight though and that was cool. :)

Also, about taking control of my life, I'm great at staying away from bad foods (amazingly). What I'm bad at is doing anything athletic. I get in a few hours of racquetball every week but I really wish I had the motivation to get out on my bike and the like. A new guy, Tommy, just joined and I'm keeping up with his diary as I'm hoping he'll motivate me to get my butt out of the house! My weight loss is beginning to stop and I'm getting really worried! :eek:

Breakfast - Fruit loops

Lunch - Salad w/ light ranch, ham, and hash browns
Dinner - Roast beef, fried rice w/ pork and peas, mashed potatoes, carrots
Dessert - Apple

Approx. 204 oz. of water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had to pee like every half hour! :p
 
Don't worry about a slow down in your loss- that just means your body is at a faster whatchamacallit and ya hafta increase energy output, or something to that effect :D Your doing great, don't let a little slowdown stop ya from goin harder!!
 
Wow, that's a lot of water! Good for you. I think you are doing amazing. If you find you are slowing down, you already know what to do! Get in some more exercise. Good job staying away from bad food, that's such a good habit.

You'll do fine, just keep at it!! I can't wait to see looking better than those mean immature kids at school.

Food today (hopefully I remember it all):
Breakfast - Fruit loops and banana
Lunch - PB+J sandwich and orange
Exercise - 1/4 mile jog and some light football playing for about an hour
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Chicken and a few bites of fried rice
Dessertish Snack - Apple
Exercise - 1 hour of racquetball

I am so glad to be back in school but man, when I ran that lap my knees were killing me after not doing anything for a week! :p Hopefully I'll get back in the groove things soon!
 
Eric, first off, I want to say I think you're doing great. Esp. with all that water! Next, I want to say that if you're slowing down on the loosing, maybe cause there's not as much fat to burn anymore and it's turning to muscle. Thirdly, those ppl who were saying junk- little do they know it but us ppl here have seen how strong you really are and I bet they couldn't even begin to show half the dedication and determination with trying to work a goal as you are. Forthly, (is that a word?) I FIXED MY TICKER:) :) :) :)
 
Thanks guys! :) Well, I forgot to log in yesterday so here's some food and exercise info for yesterday.

Breakfast - Fruit Loops
Lunch - PB + J sandwich, apple, carrots, and a banana.
Exercise - 1/2 mile (came in 2nd place.. but other people were mostly walking and a track runner beat me *surprise*surprise* :p) and I also played around with the football for awhile with my friends. I know I got some good cardio in because I was beat when I got home!
Snack - Apple
Dinner - 5 pieces of bread. Each piece of bread had turkey, cheese and gravy. Not too bad but not great either. Although all that food killed me the next morning, if you know what I mean. :p I also had an apple.

Breakfast this morning - Shredded wheat and a banana.
 
Lunch - Tuna fish sandwich w/ cheese and pickles. Apple. Kiwi.
Exercise - 3/4 mile jog and a few minutes of catch with the football.
Snack - Apple.
Exercise - (for the Weekly Motivation Challenges I had missed days before) 50 modified push-ups, 50 full sit up (OMG), and 50 jumping jacks.
 
Le Dinna - Different types of sushi. Some was imitation crab, salmon, shrimp, rice of course, avocado, etc.
