Food today (hopefully I remember it all):
Breakfast - Fruit loops and banana
Lunch - PB+J sandwich and orange
Exercise - 1/4 mile jog and some light football playing for about an hour
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Chicken and a few bites of fried rice
Dessertish Snack - Apple
Exercise - 1 hour of racquetball
I am so glad to be back in school but man, when I ran that lap my knees were killing me after not doing anything for a week!
Hopefully I'll get back in the groove things soon!
