Starting off the day with a bowl of Shredded Wheat! :) I think I'll make a sandwich for later, but maybe not.

I had an apple at breakfast also, never mentioned it.
Lunch - PB and J sandwich, apple, banana.
Exercise - 1/4 run, football for awhile
Snack - apple
Exercise - 25 modified push ups, 25 sit ups
Dinner - Chicken breast, apple.
Dessert - Apple.

Gosh! 4 apples today! And about 50 something oz. of water.

Well, I'd like to take this time to say that I've been feeling really great lately. Obviously I still get out of breath and the like when I run and whatnot but nothing to what it was like 2 months ago at all!! AT ALL! Weird things happen to me now. Like... things skinny people! AHH!!! I took the trash out today (and we live in an apartment so it's quite a walk to that dumpster). While I was walking home I had a sudden urge to jog because the walking wasn't fast enough for me. That was pleasingly surprising! Lol. Okay, that's all I have to say for now. I hope I keep losing the way that I am. Two pounds a week seems slow compared to my four pounds from a month and a half ago but hey, it's better than nothing! And that's still nearly ten pounds a month! :)

Did you know, if I could lose just ten pounds a month, I'd lose 45 pounds by time the next school year starts! That means I would weigh only about 145 pounds!!! Gosh.. I can't even imagine being that light these days. Lol. So many happy thoughts are racing through my head right now. xDDD

145 pounds? Oh my God. If I ever weigh in at 145 pounds I'll pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. I wonder when that plateau plague will strike me? Or will it? Only time will tell.

First of all- I totally agree with you- I'm at a weight right now that I haven't been at in years! I feel like when Im at the super goal, I may weep... :)

2nd of all- You've already come this far, 145 is gonna be a breeze for ya!!
Keep it up, we're all here for ya :D
 
Thanks Jess. May weep? I WILL weep! Lol. I hope you're right about getting down to 145. :p I don't even know if I'd believe the scale if it said 145. :)

Breakfast this morning - Shredded wheat.

Lunch: Bologna sandwich, 2 pears, carrots, and grapes.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: 12 grilled shrimp, 2 grilled squid steaks
Exercise: 2 hours of racquetball
 
Hey guys! I've had the greatest morning today! I started off with breakfast which was eggs. Then my mom and I headed off to play racquetball for an hour. Well, then I came home and I had 19 new emails. I haven't checked it in awhile. Here's one I got from my teacher!

"Eric,
It looks like you have lost a lot of weight. Hopefully you are not sick... you look great! Are you working out? I keep hoping for a magic pill but I know it takes a lot of effort and will power. Maybe it is my imagination since I haven't seen you in a few weeks. Anyhow, I wanted to compliment you!"

That's awesome! That's been like the fifth compliment in the last month! Which as we all know, is pretty good! I need to get some pictures up here. I have a picture of me around 225 but I haven't taken any pictures recently and my scanner is broken anyways. I'm thinking about having a friend with a digital camera or something get them up. Iono... :p

Snack - Banana
Lunch - Tunafish sandwich, cottage cheese, banana.
Snack - Apple
Dinner - 6 BBQ ribs *sniffle*, some weird pasta-beef stew (just a little bit), and a kiwi.
Dessert - Apple.

A lot of fruit without many vegetables. Except the few from the beef stew stuff. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow but I feel I really messed up eating with what I had. Cheers to better coming days! :D
 
Oops.. disappeared for awhile. And honestly, I don't remember everything I ate today. It was all healthy food... but a lot of healthy food, I don't know if that's good or not but, I must have had at least 10 servings of fruits and veggies today. :p Well, that's all for now, I'll try and update this more often like I used to.

Oh! But yesterday I did weigh in at 188. A 1 pound loss. :p

Breakfast - Oatmeal
Snack - Banana
Lunch - PB and J sandwich, banana, apple.
Exercise - 3/4 mile jog
Dinner - Turkey sandwich w/ mustard, banana, pickle.

32 oz. of water. Making it 64 oz. before the end of the night! :D
 
Thanks BCG :) And guys, I haven't been keeping up with this at all! But ever since I stopped I haven't been eating the best. I REALLY need to get back into eating better again. I mean, don't get me wrong, I've still been doing alright, just not like what I was used to.

ALSO, I weighed in this morning 183! I 5 pound loss since last Sunday!

Breakfast - Oatmeal

Lunch - 6" sub. Turkey, provologne cheese, lettuce, mustard, avocado.
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Steak, cauliflower and peapods.

I'll probably have an apple or something later and I'm almost at 64 oz. Also, I may have had an extra apple or banana today but I don't remember. :p
 
Hey, last night I had a banana.
