I had an apple at breakfast also, never mentioned it.
Lunch - PB and J sandwich, apple, banana.
Exercise - 1/4 run, football for awhile
Snack - apple
Exercise - 25 modified push ups, 25 sit ups
Dinner - Chicken breast, apple.
Dessert - Apple.
Gosh! 4 apples today! And about 50 something oz. of water.
Well, I'd like to take this time to say that I've been feeling really great lately. Obviously I still get out of breath and the like when I run and whatnot but nothing to what it was like 2 months ago at all!! AT ALL! Weird things happen to me now. Like... things skinny people! AHH!!! I took the trash out today (and we live in an apartment so it's quite a walk to that dumpster). While I was walking home I had a sudden urge to jog because the walking wasn't fast enough for me. That was pleasingly surprising! Lol. Okay, that's all I have to say for now. I hope I keep losing the way that I am. Two pounds a week seems slow compared to my four pounds from a month and a half ago but hey, it's better than nothing! And that's still nearly ten pounds a month!
Did you know, if I could lose just ten pounds a month, I'd lose 45 pounds by time the next school year starts! That means I would weigh only about 145 pounds!!! Gosh.. I can't even imagine being that light these days. Lol. So many happy thoughts are racing through my head right now. xDDD
145 pounds? Oh my God. If I ever weigh in at 145 pounds I'll pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. I wonder when that plateau plague will strike me? Or will it? Only time will tell.
