Eric's Diary

I don't have much time so here's a quick update of snacks, dinner, and whatnot.

Including snacks and dinner I've had, some broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, a banana, an apple, a lot of steak and a lot of mashed potatoes.

Food I did bad with dinner eating a lot when I should've kept it lower. 8/10

Exercise I did my mile and that's great! Plus played some football afterwards. 10/10

Water I did great with over 100 oz. of water!! :D 10/10

Overall, 28/10, not bad I guess. :p
 
Hey, I'm just jumping on here real quick to mention for breakfast I had a bowl of fruit loops. I'm hoping to get in my mile at P.E. today. :D Weigh in's tomorrow and I'd like to see a nice loss. 2-4 pounds preferrably.
 
Ah! I never posted in here. So let me update you guys on a few things.
For lunch yesterday I had half of a sandwich, half of an apple and half of a banana. For dinner we went to an Asian buffet where I VERY good. Got some vegetables down. Fruit. Meats, etc. I didn't eat much at all. I did have a package of pop rocks but they don't seem to be too bad and I had an apple later. I got in my mile for exercise! Increasing it to a mile and a quarter next week!!!

Food - 8.5/10
Water - Only 32 oz.. *sniffle* 4/10
Exercise - 10/10
 
I honestly don't feel like writing much write now so here's a quick update of today...

Breakfast - Egg, ham and cheese omelette.
Snack - Apple.
Lunch - Ham and mustard sandwich on wheat bread. Apple.

More later. :)
 
Don't forget your veggies! I saw you managed to get some down the other day, but veggies are so low in calories & so good for you, they're a good way to fill up if you're hungry too! I'm the one woman vegetable campaign squad here. Eat up!
