Dinner: Steak, green beans, and mashed potatoes.

Servings of fruits and veggies today - 7 :) 2 of them being fruit.

Overall today, I had a great day! :D Got lots of sleep, no stress whatsoever. Wonderful!

Edit: Okay, sqeezed in another banana :)

LOL< ok, I know what those tomatoes are. I was getting excited you might have a new invention where you can incorporate fruit and mashed potatoes. Great job on the fruit. I chopped up a sweet potato and a acorn squash, a little br. sugar, cinn and nutmeg and microwaved it tonight. Really tasty and snuck in another veggie!! Tricky me! Keep up the good work- and drink your water!
 
Hey Eric,

Nutmeg is a spice that you might have had in things like pumpkin pie and that type of thing. It's really yummy and when I don't feel well I make 1 cup of warm milk (microwaved) and sprinkle nutmeg on it. It tastes like Christmas.

Anyway, you're doing really well (I'm overlooking the Denny's), good job with the veggies. Try for the whole grains too, huh? I know, I just find some other thing to bug you about, but it's a work in progress, right?

Lol. Whole grains should be easy but I need to go out there and get some wheat bread. Only white bread here at the house. Also, I'm picking up some flintstone vitamins tomorrow.

Gosh! I haven't updated my diary at all today! *thinks back*

Breakfast: 1 piece of toast, scrambled eggs, two sausage links.

Lunch: 6" Turkey sub on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard. Wheat! :)

1 hour and 15 minutes of racquetball. 12 minutes of running in which I went 1 mile :D And about 10 minutes of a silly game of Butts Up :p

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Fried rice, two shrimp, green beans and some beef.

I'm at 88 oz. of water and still going!
 
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit loops. Some apple and a banana.

Lunch: A pear, an apple, and a crab cake.

So far I've had 48 oz. of water.
 
I also picked up some Flintstones Gummies :) Yay! I've had two today, as suggested. But they are so freakin' good!! It's hard to resist.

I ended the day with 80 oz. of water. Also, dinner was fried rice (had pork and peas), chicken in cream of chicken gravy and mashed potatoes. I way overate.

And... what happens when you have more than the recommended amount of flintstones vitamins? :rolleyes:

Ok, I've had two vitamins today. Not letting myself have more! Since I had.... 10...... yesterday!! :eek:

Quick food update:
Breakfast - 2 sausage links, 2 pancakes with butter and syrup :(, a banana
Lunch - chicken with cream of chicken soup on a piece of bread (delicious but so unhealthy)
Snack - Pear
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Fried rice with peas and pork in it, rare steak, and green beans.

90 oz. of water today.

OMFG!!! I tried on my brother's pants, to see if they'd fit, and they did! I fit myself into size 36! When I started this, I wore 42! I'm so happy :D xDDDDDDD
