Eric's Diary

Hey you are doing a really great job with your weight loss, really sounds like you've got it all together, doing great witht he exercise as well. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Zoila :) As soon as I told my mom I was trying to lose weight she went out and bought a whole bunch of fruits and vegies.

For breakfast today I had about 2 eggs worth of scrambled eggs and like a cup and a forth of hash browns. Plus a cup of water.

Plans for today: Go play racquetball! We're also considering to stop paying for the gym and get memberships with a racquetball court club type of thing. Mainly because I hate the gym and racquetball is great work out too and one that we'll actually do! :D Thoughts?

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, 1 1/4 cups of hashbrowns
Lunch - Skipped
Drink - 1 cup of Coca Cola Zero
Dinner - Hamburger Helper Beef Pasta (let's look at the nutrition facts)

Calories - 280
Fat Calories - 100
Total Fat - 1 g
Cholesterol - 0 mg
Sodium - 740 mg
Potassium - 80 mg
Total Carbs - 22 g
Protein - 4 g

GAH!! That was terrible but I couldn't resist. I'm also topping dinner off with a celery stick w/ salt and a banana (gotta have some healthy food with it)

2 glasses of water

Oh! And I played racquetball for an hour and 15 minutes.

You will :) I weigh in tomorrow morning and then again next Saturday.

I had some diced peaches. 80 calories (no sodium - great!! after my dinner). I'm going to do a nice one hour work out with Susan Powter before heading off to bed! :D I feel guilty not doing it.

Edit: I noticed you passed the four pound mark in your sig!! Awesome!

I weighed in this morning at 208! 15 pounds lost so far! I just had breakfast and figured I'd write it in. I had a cup of raisin bran with 2% milk and a banana. I'm so full for some reason.. don't feel good.

Man! I just remembered in P.E. today we have Testing. I'll have to do push-ups, and stretches, and other things. I'll update this with how it goes. I don't want to do the test but at the same time I want to see how good I can do now! :D That's all for now.

Well we didn't do any testing in P.E. except this thing where you put your foot against a board and lean forward to see how high of a number you can get to. Here's how encouraging my couch is: I was leaning forward and said that's as far as I could go and he asked if I was serious?!?!?! He's cool though and thought I was joking (I wasn't). We didn't do any running in P.E. today though I got some light exercise in with a lame game of football.

For lunch I had a bite of a PB&J Sandwich (the bread was bad), 3 bites of an apple (bad apple), and a pear. Earlier for a snack I had some sliced peaches! Delicious! Dinner looks to be chicken and rice.

Thanks :) I actually don't count calories. I find that it takes the fun out of losing weight, often discourages me, and makes me all around quit. So instead I just simply eat healthy and exercise a nice amount. :D

Breakfast: Cup of raisin bran with banana
Lunch: 1 bite of PB&J Sandwich (bad bread), 3 bites of apple (bad apple), a banana, a pear
Excersise: 30 minutes light football
Snack: Sliced peaches
Snack 2: 1/2 cucumber with ranch
Exercise: 1 hour work out tape
Dinner: 1 small chicken breast, 1 cup of rice
3 glasses of water

I did a damn fine job today in my opinion. I wish I would've done more in P.E. but I didn't have any choice. :(

Thanks for the posts guys :)

Last night my mom bought a Cross Crunch to work on your abs! Going to use it every other day (as suggested). For breakfast I had a cup of raisin bran with a banana. For lunch a had a few bites of a PB&J sandwich and an apple. I've done no exercising today and a snack has been sliced peaches. I've only had about a glass of water so far but I'm not thirsty for more.

For today:

Breakfast - Cup of raisin bran w/ banana
Lunch - Few bites of PB&J sandwich and apple
Snack - Sliced peaches
Cardio - 50 minute work out tape
Dinner - 4-5 oz (give or take 1 or 2) of ground beef w/ garlic salt
Cross Crunch (24 reps)
4 glasses of water

I'm disappointed today. I wish we would've run some in P.E. (oh well)

Yay for the cross crunch :) I work at GNC and we sell em, I considered buying one, but I have a torsotrack2 (that I pulled outta the closet after owning it for 4years) and wow, after two workouts on it, I totally feel a difference. but keep us updated on the cross crunch, just cuz its smaller and looks easier lol.

I loveeeeeddddd PE. Usually the fat girl is the last to get picked, but everyone wanted me on their team cuz I was competitive- I even sprained my ankle playing badminton  I think switching to a raquetball club would be an awesome idea- I work at 24hour fitness and I wish we had a raquetball court, wayy fun(and I agree with you- its something thats fun to do :) )

keep up the great work!!!

Good mornin' Eric :D Thought I'd pop in and catch up on a team member this mornin' before work :) You've done great! Keep it up :) Lets kick some butt (the friendly way of course :p :D)

Thanks guys :) I'll keep you updated on the cross crunch. I'm not using it today because it says use every other day but tomorrow it's all mine! :) Yeah BizeB we'll be kicking a lot of butt!

For breakfast today I had a bowl of oatmeal (1 package and NOT 2) with 2% milk. I was cold and wanted something warm, I got lucky finding the oatmeal. Plus cereal is getting really boring...

I had some good points and some bad points today.

Good things:
I ran 3/4 of a mile (well jogged) without walking. Sure my friend could power-walk just as fast as my jogging, but that's not the point! :p I still didn't walk :) I can't wait till Friday for the mile! I can't believe I just said that....

Bad things:
That's the only cardio I've gotten in today. I plan to workout here a few hours but you never know. IF I don't get a chance to workout with the tape I'll use the new cross crunch we have. I've also had a lot of fruit today and no vegetables (except the salad on my sandwich).

Here's today's eating and fitness list:
Breakfast - A pouch of oatmeal, 2% fat free milk
Lunch - PB&J sandwich (no crust), apple, 1/3 of a pear
Fitness - 3/4 mile jog
Dinner - 1/2 sandwich.
On the sandwich:
Turkey
Cheese
Lettuce
Mayonaise

I'll probably have the other half for breakfast tomorrow. :p
I'm only at two glasses of water today. I'm looking for 4 but I'm so full right now I don't think I could keep the water down!

Your right its not the point how fast. The point is you did it. Your awesome!!!!!!
