I had some good points and some bad points today.
Good things:
I ran 3/4 of a mile (well jogged) without walking. Sure my friend could power-walk just as fast as my jogging, but that's not the point!
I still didn't walk
I can't wait till Friday for the mile! I can't believe I just said that....
Bad things:
That's the only cardio I've gotten in today. I plan to workout here a few hours but you never know. IF I don't get a chance to workout with the tape I'll use the new cross crunch we have. I've also had a lot of fruit today and no vegetables (except the salad on my sandwich).
Here's today's eating and fitness list:
Breakfast - A pouch of oatmeal, 2% fat free milk
Lunch - PB&J sandwich (no crust), apple, 1/3 of a pear
Fitness - 3/4 mile jog
Dinner - 1/2 sandwich.
On the sandwich:
Turkey
Cheese
Lettuce
Mayonaise
I'll probably have the other half for breakfast tomorrow.
I'm only at two glasses of water today. I'm looking for 4 but I'm so full right now I don't think I could keep the water down!
