I just did some excersising and figured I'm post 'em.
100 dumbbell curls (3 pounds)
25 squats (15 with weights in front, 10 without)
15 (modified) push ups
15 calf raises
100 bicycle kicks
The calf raises and bike kicks are very hard. At first the bike kicks are really easy, but after like 25 your legs really start feeling the burn
