Meh, same here, Paula.

Okay, overall day recap time! *pa-ching*

Breakfast - Medium sized bowl of fruit loops with milk and banana
Lunch - 5 pieces of California Roll sushi, approx. 1/2 pound of shrimp w/ lemon herb sauce
Cadio - 20 minutes on treadmill (1.05 miles)
Weights - Approx. 500 reps, 400 w/ legs, 100 with arms (with different machines)
Snack - 1/2 stick of celery w/ salt
Dinner - 7 BBQ Baby Back Ribs, 1 banana
4 (making it 5 before bed) glasses of water.


How healthy are BBQ Baby Back Ribs? The BBQ sauce is use was pretty healthy but what about the ribs themselves?
 
Alright, well how about a breafast update? I had a medium sized bowl of fruit loops with milk and a banana! So good :) No water yet though..

Anyways, work out update. Turns out my mom has about 7 different work out tapes, instead the 2 Susan Powter's I thought she had. So now we have a little more variety :)
 
Hey guys. Well I got some excersising in. My mom and I did two work out tapes today. The first one was way too advanced for us and during the second one my dinner still hadn't digested. I couldn't really do anything. I had to hold my stomach to stop it from shaking otherwise I'd cramp up. :(

Breakfast - Fruit Loops w/ milk and a banana
Cardio - Work out Tape - 30 Minutes
Lunch - 6 Large Shrimp (soooo good)
Snack - Banana
Dinner - 1/2 Trout with ketchup
Cardio - Work out Tape - 35 Minutes (but like I said, not good cardio during the tape because of my tummy)
Dessert - Yogurt To Go (wanna be gogurt). It only had 80 calories and pretty good nutritional values for a dessert :)

5 glasses of water today.
 
Well, I have some good news and some confusing news. I had a medium sized bowl of fruit loops w/ milk and a banana.

So after I had my breakfast I realized I needed to weigh in for the challenge (go Team Relentless). Even though I had had breakfast I figured I had no choice but to weigh in. The scale said 214! :eek: I tried weighing myself in a few different places and the scale came out 214 every time. It strikes me as odd that I lose 9 pounds in just over a week but hey, I guess it's possible...
 
I had a banana for breakfast. But I got no working out in :( We were walking around at the mall so I guess that counts for something :p I'm about to have dinner and I'll give another update then. :)
 
Okay, dinner. I had about 7-10 oz. of steak (I'm guessing), a baked potato, and yes, I ate the skin, about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and pear to finish things off. I've had 6 glasses of water today :)

Breakfast - Medium bowl of fruit loops with milk and banana
Lunch - Banana
Snack - Altoid
Dinner - 7-10 oz. steak, baked potato, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and a pear

Wow, it felt like I did bad today. I guess because I didn't get any exercising in :eek: But when I get back to school and P.E. tomorrow it'll be better :)
 
Le breakfast update! For breakfast I had a medium sized bowl of fruit loops with milk and a banana. :) Off to school soon with my new shoes (finally) w00t!
 
Bad feeling...

Well, the last two days sucked for exercising. Yesterday I ate well but got in NO exercise. Today at school we didn't have P.E. (just my luck huh?) Who would've ever thought I'd say 'Darn! No P.E.!' ? No one.. :p So I come home and decide to work out with a new tape. I've actually used it before but not for years. It was way to much leg work for me. I was doing one of the moves and noticed my legs were hurting. So I stopped for a second only to find my calf muscles cramping on me. I tried to stick it out but I couldn't do it. The pain was terrible. I'm still scared to walk around. I did manage to get in a light 15 minute work out though before they started cramping. Maybe later tonight my mom and I can do a tape I know we can do together :D

Food wise I did pretty good. PB and J sandwich (no crust), a banana, and an apple. I really need to work on vegetables because I definitely don't eat enough of those. That's all for now, folks! :D

Too bad about the leg cramping thing, hopefully it wasn't too too bad for you. Keep up the awesome work, your enthusiasm for it is inspiring.

I didn't get that work out I was planning on getting but oh well. I had snack before dinner, twas a "yogurt to go" and for dinner I had half a chicken breast (if even half), 1 cup'ish' of cottage cheese, and a small serving of salad (with a little ranch dressing).

Today:

Breakfast: Fruit loops w/ milk and a banana
Lunch: PB & J sandwich (no crust), a banana, and an apple
Snack: "Yogurt To Go"
Dinner: 1/2'ish' chicken breast, 1 cup'ish' cottage cheese, and a small serving of salad (with a little ranch dressing)
3 glasses of water (bad I know) and little exercise. Hopefully we'll have P.E. tomorrow but who knows? Not I.
 
I couldn't do it! I couldn't go to bed without exercising. So this I did. A 40 minute work out tape and I didn't even modify! I'm really proud of myself, now let's see if I can sleep... oh, and to update my overall food and exercise thing.. ta da (I also remembered I had a smoothie after dinner and that's being included as well)

Breakfast: Fruit loops w/ milk and a banana
Lunch: PB & J sandwich (no crust), a banana, and an apple
Snack: "Yogurt To Go"
Dinner: 1/2'ish' chicken breast, 1 cup'ish' cottage cheese, and a small serving of salad (with a little ranch dressing)
Dessert: Smoothie - strawberries, bananas, milk, and sweet 'n low
Exercise: 40 minute work out tape (no modifying)
3 glasses of water (bad I know) and little exercise. Hopefully we'll have P.E. tomorrow but who knows? Not I.

Edit: Just wanted to come by and say more about my workout. At one point I had a terrible pulling in my neck. It hurt but I ignored and kept right on working, a few minutes later, the pain was gone. That also happened to my calf a little bit, the pain came, I ignored it, and it went away! :D

I had an excellent and happy day today :D At lunch I was standing with my friends and they pointed out that I looked skinnier and taller :D:D:D I was so happy!! In P.E. I ran 1/2 mile and pushed myself a lot. I came in around the 7th person I think (compared to second to last :p)

At home I did a work out tape for 1 hour! Oh yeah! No modifying!

Breakfast - Fruit Loops w/ 2% milk
Lunch - PB&J Sandwich w/o crust, a banana, and an apple
Run - 1/2 mile
Cardio - 1 hour work out tape (no modifying)
Dinner - Turkey and mayo sandwich and a banana
Snack - Pickle
Only 3 glasses of water.

Negatives/Other:

I definitely need to work on my water intake, it's been very low for the last couple days. I really wanted to get in more running but I just can't go running in public. Nope. Nope. The pickle at the end I didn't want to do it but it was just too tempting. I regret it but oh well, my cheat for the day. :)
 
Here I am again, updating my diary. :) I started the day off with a medium sized bowl of corn pops with 2% milk. For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and two apples. At P.E. I ran 1/4 mile. It was more like jogging, slow jogging, but I didn't walk! :D I also played football for about an hour, though I didn't get to do much. :( I'm not sure what I'm going to have for dinner though. I think I'm going to go do some cardio, but I'm so tired. I might take a nap and do it later.
 
My dinner was horrible. I had noodles with a weird dressing on them and peas. A shrimp. A slice of garlic bread and two slices of some kind of chocolate colored bread. Basically, way too many carbs! I also got no other cardio in after school!

Breakfast: Medium sized bowl of corn pops w/ 2% milk
Lunch: Ham and Cheese sandwich, a banana, 2 apples
Exercise: 1/4 mile (full jogging), an hour of football
Dinner: mentioned above...^^^

Overall I had a really disappointing day, but I'm off to bed for now.

For breakfast I had a cup of corn pops with 2% milk and a banana. For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and an apple. I've had two cups of water. I'm freaking starving!! I think I'll have some more water, maybe it'll go away.

I'm not sure what I want for dinner yet.

OMG!!!! This morning I told myself that, for the mile we were running in P.E., I would beat my current record of 11:27. All I was really asking for was just even a second faster.. I got 10:45!!!! My new record! Woohoo!
 
I went to bed last night and didn't write in my diary!! For dinner I had a turkey w/ mayo sandwich. I also had two pears through the night.

Breakfast - Cup of corn pops w/ 2% milk and a banana
Lunch - Ham and cheese sandwich, a banana, and an apple
Exercise - 1 mile jog
Dinner - above

I weighed in this morning and I'm at 211!!! That's a 12 pound weight loss in 2 weeks! For breakfast I had some applesauce and a scrambled egg.
 
My family and I went to play raquetball. We played for about an hour. Twas a great workout! :D Got my cardio in.

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, cup of applesauce
Snack: Tangarine (spelling?)
Lunch: Turkey and miracle whip sandwich
Raquetball
Dinner: Turkey and miracle whip sandwich
I've had about four glasses of water so far.
