This was one tough 2 miles, but I did it. I was putting up Christmas Lights all day & I was not going to walk. I was about to step into the shower & changed my mind & got dressed for my walk.

Started the Couch to 5K program today. With warm-up and cool-down it's 30 minutes of running and walking.

Keep up the good work everyone! Way to go, Troutman.

I've been thinking about doing that too...maybe I just will. :)

Didn't get my 30 minutes in yesterday. Had a crisis at the end of the day that kept me from Curves. Had to stay at work and put out some fires. UGH :( I'll definitely get it today though, promise. When people call you crying you can't say, "Sorry, Mrs. Jones but can you call back in the morning I was just on my way out?" LOL Though I swear I wanted to. I KNEW I shouldn't have taken that call! That'll teach me to answer the phone at the end of the day, NEVER again...NEVER I say. :p :p

I got in a total of 55 minutes yesterday!
25 minutes of intervals on the tredmill
30 minutes on bike

and I'm going to the gym in about a half an hour :D
 
ok I didnt excercise yesterday yes kick my butt I am going to double it up today though be back later to post it all!
 
As promised I got my exercise in today, 50 minute walk....walked 3.2 miles! It was FREEZING but I did it and it felt so good to be done! :p
 
Having a tough time but I am doing my exercise.

I'm taking a break from the gym today on account of my finals are coming up next week and I need all of the time I can get for studying.
But I'll be back on track tomorrow!
 
I haven't been reporting in daily but here's what I've done over the last few days:

Friday - 45 min of soccer
Monday - 30 min on incline treadmill
Tuesday - 70 min of Cardio-Kick-Boot class, 15 machine Nautilus circuit + 1 mile run on treadmill (um, went a bit overboard, a rare thing. None of my buddies were at the Y that day so I had no one to chat to.....ha ha!)
Wednesday = 60 min walk/run on treadmill

Weds ---30 minute walk 75 situps

i'd really like it if someone made up a new exercise challenge daily... i need a way to stay on track. any suggestions??
