I walked for 30 minutes yesterday and shoveled snow for about 45 minutes this morning. Woot! That was a heck of a workout.
 
Forgot to post last night, I finished off last night with 10 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of cardio...for a grand total of 37 minutes yesterday! Woo Hoo!

So far today I've done 10 minutes of strength training and cardio! I'm on my way! Woo Hoo!

so yesterday when I ran it was about 75 degrees and I was wearing a sports bra and shorts... today it is probably 40 and I FROZE! I had on two layers on the top and ear warmers.... but I had to walk most of it because running made my face too cold =) I need my car back so I can go to the gym =)

oh- got in 25 min run and then did some exercises back at home for about 15 minutes

Ok i done my richards simmons vhs tape i bought a while back at the good will! I bought it because i had bought my toning band thingy with the handles and wasnt sure on excercises! Well let me tell ya its the **tone and sweat one*** it lives up to the name 40 minutes and he works your whole body he threw in different crunches as well so i done around 50 not real sure need to count them tomorrow they are in 16 each one! I was sweating believe me! so there is my 40 minutes so far!!!
 
ugh, someone kick me in the booty so I will get off of this computer and go workout!
24 days till Christmas, amhale!! Think how much you want to feel good about yourself on the big day :) I am really motivated to lose as much as I can now before Xmas and the New Yr.

Anyway I got my 30 mins in -did a section of a workout DVD. :)
 
Hey there I did 20 minutes eliptical,would do more
but it kills my legs I also did 75 crunches.Tammy
 
Good morning! yesterday, got in in 30 min aerobices and 15 min of stretch. Today 60 mmin exercise video. Starting bright and early today!
 
way to go everyone!!! I need to get out there and workout still today... but i have to get to the bank first... so i'm outta here!
