I would kinda like to join cuz i usually do 30 mins of exercise a day and it woudl definately motive me to do it daily however...I dont wanna be challeneged, LOL...
welcome aboard twolilangels! Ok i ran in here to post real quick I done my Richard simmons workout 40 minutes and was up and down the ladder stretching and so forth putting up Christmas lights that counts for something surely lol! Keep up the awsome work everyone we all are doing great!!!

I just could not get going this morning. I had a lot to do today thats why I got up at 6:00, then I was draging the rest of the day. Very much not like me.
Didn't do any formal exercise yesterday. Did do a lot of housecleaning, Christmas decorating and cooking so I was on my feet a lot. Did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill this morning.
Ok, I've been MIA on the boards but I have done my 30 minutes. Saturday morning I got up early to go finish my shopping and I went to the gym first and did 30 mins on the treadmill. Got up Sunday morning and ran 30 minutes. Plan on going to Curves this afternoon after work, although to be honest with you I'd rather be outside walking. We'll see.
wasn't around on the boards yesterday - but I got in some exercise =) Today, I have lots of errands this morning, so I'm hoping to get out later, but I'm not sure if i'll have time.
I also was away from the computer yesterday, I didn't do formal excercise, but spent about 3.5hours helping my mother in law decorate for christmas. I was on the roof, sweeping raking... Surely burnt some calories! I'll check in later today when I actually work out!
am I still allowed to join?! As much as I would LOOOVE !!!! to start today, my calves are in some SERIOUS pain... Saturday night was our Christmas party. I danced all nigth in 2 inch heels...ouch ! and then we drove home yesterday which took about 9 hours due to horrible weather, and they're totally cramped.. I don't want to hurt myself !! But I LOOOVE this idea ! So can I start tomorrow ?? Is that okay with everyone?

If it makes you feel any better, I am not working out today ! I think that if you slip up, it's okay, no one is perfect...it's more so if you don't get back up and climb again !! So I just hope you've worked out every day since then !
