Well I'm a little late to this, but I've been doing some daily exercise.
Yesterday I did 45 minutes of carmen electra's dvd 1 and then 10 minutes of free weights. (same with the day before)
Today, my goal is to do two 10 minute sessions of free weights (1 down) and 75 minutes of carmen electra's dvd 1 for a total of 95 minutes.
