Today I did 30 minutes walking on my treadmill, Ran for 2 minutes (hey, that's progress! I'm working up to 15 minutes sustained running), and did 15 minutes on my recumbant bike.
Yesterday I did 20 minutes of weight training (arms/legs), 40 minutes on the treadmill, and then stacked wood for an hour. My muscles are sore today!
That makes 5 days in a row I've worked out. Yeah!!!!
