Strength training at the gym - deadlifts, squats, leg press, bench press, lat pulls, arm curls.

OH .... and the usual dog walk of course...
 
I was cold this morning & my body was not working well in the cold. I walked the whole way. I should be ashamed of myself. If this cold keeps up I'm going to have to break down & wear sweat pants.

30 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill this morning. Didn't do anything yesterday...I overslept. I'm really going to have to get my act together after the New Year. I'm just kind of doing OK at everything.
 
K so I am brutal at signing in !! It's the Christmas thing going on !! I've been sooooo busy !! ANYWAYS !! I'm working out minimum of 3 days a week... so that's really good for me ! the everyday thing just wasn't working out...it was too much on me... and my chins started to hate me ! ANYWAYS !! Merry Christmas everyone and Thank you sooooooo much to the person who told me about the couch to 5K program !! it's awesome ! I LOOOVE IT ! ! So my goal is to have it completed by Feb 19th ! and then I can buy my cross trainer I want ! YAY !! I am sooo excited ! I hope I loose weight doing it... when I was in high school whcih wasn't long ago... but I've had a baby since, if I ran I'd drop weight like nothing...and now... I dunno I can't get it off !! so anyways !! Hope everyone's Christmas is going fantastic I am looking forward to the New Year... WOO HOO !! take care everyone !!
 
I see I'm not the only one whose been slacking. *grin* I took a few days off, but I'm back. 30 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill this morning.
 
Did 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday, but skipped this morning because I have been literally exhausted the last few days. I can barely stay awake until my 9:30 bedtime.

Ok, I'm new to this ... But I'd like to join a challenge ... and looks like all are already started ... So I'll join this one ... I'll start by walking on the treadmill tomorrow .... and keep you guys posted. I have alot to learn here, so anyone who is willing to help, i'd appreciate it. I don't do much with bulletin boards.
 
I would like to join. This is cool. I have a hard time decating time to exercise. I am constantly doing something but I am trying to get a regular routine. So if I fail to post my exercise for a day, maybe someone will kick my butt!! LOL I walked at least 3 1/2-4 miles today, so I'm starting off good!:)
 
I've been slacking. :( However, I worked out this morning. 30 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill.
 
I wanna join this one too. I already joined the water challenge. I plan on getting 30 min in today but haven't as of yet. I'm officially beginning tomorrow. :)
 
I did 3 miles on my stationary bike 50 crunches
then later did a 2 mile walk with my dog and 50 more crunches:)
 
Today I did 30 minutes walking on my treadmill, Ran for 2 minutes (hey, that's progress! I'm working up to 15 minutes sustained running), and did 15 minutes on my recumbant bike.

Yesterday I did 20 minutes of weight training (arms/legs), 40 minutes on the treadmill, and then stacked wood for an hour. My muscles are sore today!

That makes 5 days in a row I've worked out. Yeah!!!!
