Hi I really like this one. I would like to start this 30mins on treadmill.
30 mins on abs and 45 mins weights on lower body.
 
Geeze some of you do a lot of exercise! I got in 30 min. on treadmill. No laughing at my puny amount! LOL At least I got it in!!!:eek:

I walked my dog 45 mins did 15 minutes on my stationary
bike and 100 crunches and 12 reps of 5 lb handweights
for my arms.:)
 
Today I did 45 minutes on my treadmill. I'd rather walk the dogs, but today it's stormy up here! Thunder, lighting and the rivers are at flood stage again. arrrgghhh, I'm ready for winter to be over.
 
Ok...I've been out of the loop but I'm back in the game now. I walked 3.2 miles in 45 minutes on Tuesday and did my Curves workout yesterday. I'll be walking again this afternoon! Woo Hoo for me!

Woo! You're rockin' the exercise, girl. Yeah, I'd rather go for a walk, too, but not when it's 35 degrees and pitch black outside. *laugh*
 
I'm joining! I have to! And then I'll post about it evreyday. Haha.. I hope this keeps me motivated!

So far, I've exercised everyday since Jan 2. and now it's Jan 4... I hope I can continue!! Come on everyone we can do it
 
Two hours on the recumbant cycle of pain yesterday:eek: ...going for the same today and maybe even some tae bo...4 straight days of excersize and I am feeling GREAT....:) WE CAN DO THIS PEOPLE:)
 
I did about 10 minutes of upper body strengthening and 30 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill this morning.
 
Went for a walk outside (*gasp*) this morning. It was a beautiful sunny day. A little cool at around 35, but not bad.
 
Too late?

Is it too late to start this challenge? I'm only really able to do regular exercise M-F (hectic and wierd schedule :-S) but I'm up for the challenge during the week :) would love to use this to help motivation
