Elliptical 10.2 miles, 60 mins, 765 cals...no exercise yesturday...a rest day...60 mins Yoga...300 cals

I forget about this thread .YESTERDAY I did 4 miles stationary bike 125 crunches 1 mile on treadmill.
Today I walked the floodwall 3miles and did 100 crunches.
 
Hey there, I started an exercise challenge today...the post reads Jan.14 - Feb.14 Exercise Challenge...we are walking from Hell Michigan to Sweetheart City Wisconsin...
 
5.10 Miles / 1:23:19 / 6:45 AM / 15 Degrees Another Cold One, but it looks like were headed back to normal (32 in the morning).

Sit-ups - Crunches 9 / Full Sit-ups today - 9


To think I started with 5 Crunches 2 Full Sit-ups one week ago.

Forgot to add yesturday, I did the ELliptical agian last night, 30 mins, 5 miles and 375 cals burnt, alittle slower lol than usual, distractions and such...
 
Hi guys- Hoping I can jump in here. I've committed to working out every morning. My latest fad is Yoga Booty Ballet- and I did a 39 minute video this morning.
