I forget about this thread .YESTERDAY I did 4 miles stationary bike 125 crunches 1 mile on treadmill.
Today I walked the floodwall 3miles and did 100 crunches.

Forgot to add yesturday, I did the ELliptical agian last night, 30 mins, 5 miles and 375 cals burnt, alittle slower lol than usual, distractions and such...
Hi guys- Hoping I can jump in here. I've committed to working out every morning. My latest fad is Yoga Booty Ballet- and I did a 39 minute video this morning.
