5.20 Miles / 1:18:27 / 7:15 AM / 8 Degrees - I thought the temp was going to be going up, not back down.

Sit-ups - Crunches 10 / Full Sit-ups today - 10

My stomach cramped up after I was done with my sit-ups. Oh how it hurt for about 10 Mins.

I'm back in action with exercise. I don't think i'm doing every day - but at least 4x a week. I did an hour on the eliptical and then 20 min of weights.. yay!

5.45 Miles / 1:17:23 / 1:15 PM / 60 Degrees

It was still 14 degrees this morning. But this afternoon 60 degress is above normal & no wind. Which made it an incredible run/walk.

Yesterday I did this in thirty two minutes.

Side Lunge with Reach
T Pushup
Squat 1x8@45 (BB)

Workout:
Squat

Superset
Static Lunge
2x15@45 (BB)
Elbow Out Row
2x15@20 (DB)

Superset
Pushup
2x15
Swiss Ball Crunch
2x15

This is the break in program from the "New Rules of Lifting."
 
5.60 Miles / 1:25:17 / 7:00 AM / 17 Degrees



Sit-ups - None Yet I will most likely do them later this evening

I have been working out very hard so I'm going to take a day off in the next couple of days. Not tommorow, tommorow will be 14 days in a row of exercise.

Dang Chip! You are doing so awesome with working out and your weight is definitely reflecting that. Good job!

I did 45 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill today.

Finally the temp was up this morning 28 Degrees

Sit-ups - Crunches 10 / Full Sit-ups today - 10 Also I don't know what they are called but you twist while doing your crunch - I did two on each side.

Elliptical 35 mins...7.11 miles and 535 cals...Step Aeorbics...30 mins 334 cals...what a crock, LOL...I was winded and sure felt the burn!!!
 
30 minutes on the treadmill. 3.5 mph.
