I did fifty minutes .. in ninety degree weather...

which

is just not natural for me! lol
I usually sit inside and tell myself "Its too hot to do anything out there!"

bad me!
so I went fifty minutes... speed walking as best I could ...

my butt ...hurt ..so bad! and my but is one of my trouble spots ... it has newely formed pockets of fat ..so this is good ..those are the places where it hurt the most ... yessa!
and my upper stomach is getting smaller ...you can see a little figure ...more than before ...
my chest was becoming one whole thing ... there were not boobs ..to be honest ..it was just ..fat ...now ...there is a seperation between stomach and boobs ..and one hell of a woman feels so much better about it!

I'm joining in... I need to get some serious exercise in.
So today: 45 min fast walking.
Yaaaay me~
 
Ouch....

Ok, so today I had a 'nice' 60 min fast paced walk.
So now my feet and knees a hurting a little, but it'll be alright, I'm sure. ^_^

And besides the walk I've done 4x50 Sit-ups, 4x25 Back extensions and 4x15 push-ups.... I have a feeling I'll be a bit sore tomorrow. XD But I did stretch after I was done.

Today the 60 min fast paced walk was done while it rained... not the most pleasant walk I've been on, XD but it's only water. :p

and to add to the walk I've done 4x50 Sit-ups, 4x25 Back extensions. I've skipped the push-ups today... I managed to hurt myself yesterday soo... yeah... XD
 
Well I will be on my way to Target to get my sister shoes ..we will be anyway ... it will be a total of an hour to an hour and a half walk

Well ..she did it! My sister and I rode our bike for twenty minutes around some blocks ...

she has not ridden a bike since she was thirteen ...
she rocks!:jump:

anyway .. I am going to take a breather, usually I go for an hour ... but I think I am going to go into the back yard and sit under the sun and just enjoy the afternoon :)

will make better goal tomorrow ...
Walking through fair ..etc ...We go up to the pines ..which is a VERY steep hill to get to a place where the fireman will be hosing the children and there will be animals ... lamas ...goats ... etc ....
my friend and I will be first getting together ...

it should be an interesting day!

Today the 60 min fast paced walk was ok, my knees didn't hurt all to bad. ^_^ but they'll be hurting all evening now. XD

I did all that I've mentioned above yesterday as well. I just never got around to post. ^__^;;

hey everyone,
so while my bf has been out bike riding I was able to see my nieces and see my best friend ... we have been friends since we were nine years old ... we were friends until I was 26...than she didn't like my bf so she stopped wanting to be my friend ...so that was it ... I thought ...well she picked me up while I was in the middle of a walk last month and we made a great plan to get together today and go up the street to the Children's Festival ... it was a blast and Cera remembered me from so long ago ..she just hugged me and kissed my cheek and I lifted her ..and I was so glad to see my little niece once again ..she has grown so much and she is a cute little girl ... she was pleasant to be around ..as was Laurie, my best friend, and Emi ... my other niece ..who is six months old ...

We were everywhere in this fair ... all I had was a frozen apple cider ...
one can of diet pepsi ... and a sml sub ..with just canadian bacon ... lettuce ..tomato ...and black olives with a little mayo .. I figured today was a special day ..

And I volunteered up at the library before we met ... I passed out contracts and what not ..explaining what the kids had to do to be apart of the summer reading program .. I loved it!

anyway ... next time I get to know how to organize files and put books away .. to figure out how things work in the library ...the category system and what not ...

I like the challenge, cuz' i've been doing it for the past 8 days xD
i'll just post for a day that I didn't work out..so if I never post..then im good =]
 
I am more than happy to commit to 30 mins of walking a day. I actually do more than that - but it has to be walking.
