I'm Looking For A Challange

Hello All

I'm looking for a challange for the gym, I go to gym about 2 to 5 times a week and usally do the curcit in the gym and do about a 1 mile of some sort of cardio nomally treadmill at a pretty good pace. Do lot of cross trainning. Send me a message if you have challange that I could try?

welcome to the challenge mssparxxx- don't give up now, you're in the home stretch.

Saturday- was very active at home preparing for party.
Sunday was a washout-tried to get on treadmill and baby started fussing.
Today- found solution to crying baby, took both kids to the park and walked for 1hr 15 min - about 3.5miles :)
 
walked for a while in the store and then worked out on the treadmill for almost16 minuters :-( needed more but hope tomorrow is better.
 
hi! i would love to get in on this. so far i've been able to get in thirty minutes a day for the last couple of weeks. i lose my motivation easily, though, so I will definitely need you guys to hold me accountable!
 
I have worked out everyday for the last 6 days! I have been doing 30 minutes of circuit training with elastic bands. I am bored with my treadmill. :)

haha, yes, that is me today. 30 minutes on the stepper, but i think i ate my weight in pasta... and now i'm headed out for drinks. i will definitely be beating myself up in the morning.

Hey that reminds me...I forgot to pinch my husband today for not wearing green. Oh well, at least I didn't forget to excercise...75 min aerobics:D
 
10 minutes on the stepper until the squeaking became unbearable. so, i decided to do half an hour of step aerobics to some LOUD rock. fun stuff. i'm sure my downstairs neighbors love me.
 
Lots of walking in the mall today and about 15 minutes of aerobics
