well, i have been doing at least 30 minutes of exercise everday except for yesterday. I don't know what was going on with me, but i just wasn't in the mood to do anything but sit around and watch tv. i'm about to do some aerobics. Maybe I'll try to do a little more than usual to make up for yesterday.

hope everyone on the board is well!! things have been crazy with work and school so i haven't been on lately!

i've been doing about 60 minutes a day since monday. Using a dance excercise video :)

Yesterday i did almost two hours, and i've done 45 mins today6 and plan to do another 45.

Hi all,

I am new here, joined tonight. I am trying to lose weight, and would welcome any help, and your challenges sound just great to me. I started in January and have lost 10ibs so far it might not sound alot to you, but it means alot to me, i have to lose 42 ibs by august, and am determined to do it. Here is what I already do - 300 step ups in 15 minutes, 30 sit-ups a day, and 30 leg ups a day, increasing sit ups and leg ups weekly, until i can do 100 a day. I can feel it working, but i have a downfall, and that is chocolate and crisps. I cant get on the internet everyday, so I would be most grateful if someone would be my diet buddy, as everyone needs support in some way. My name is Amy and I am 25, and I live in the Uk. If anyone wants to be my diet buddy please email me at a_bowling20@hotmail.com, subject heading diet buddy, ( just so i dont think its junk mail lol.)

my daily exercise

Hi all,

Well I have deffo done the 30 mins at least, I did 2 miles in 50 mins yesterday, 500 step-ups in 15 mins, 50 crunches in 5 mins, and 50 leg ups in 5 mins, and boy did i feel it lol. i am so happy about doing it though, will keep you updated if you like.

Goodluck to everyone, and well done if you have achieved what you want, and better luck next time, you will do it, for those who haven't got there yet.42ibs to go

walked almost 2 hours yesterday, discovered a gorgeous place near my house :p

walked a lot today shopping and doing my excercise video for an hour.
 
yes im still here i did 500 calories on the eliptical i just got a new gym member ship after moving so ill be back more often
 
uh... i am new, and i am in... uh...

i saw the first post and so i THINK it goes like this... i accept a challenge... any challenge (exercise 30 minutes tonight--) and i issue 2 challenges...

uh, no pizza for 2 days, and 60 abdominal muscle workouts (sit ups or bicycles, or leg lifts, or crunches... etc...)

I take that and will walk 30 at least daily ,if you'll show me how to post on here and is there any other chat rooms our than lounge? lol

So yesterday I walked for forty minutes, it was at a slow pace, because my sister can't go much faster, but I did not have trouble walking ..no limp ...means I am already on my way.. I can walk normal now ..which is a very good thing ...because it makes it very difficult to walk, if you are not able to walk right ...

but anyway ... my goal for tomorrow is to either walk for forty minutes or bike ride for forty minutes, but prob walk ...walking is very good for you and I know someone who lost seventy five pounds just by walking everyday ...
this is a good challenge and I am definately up for it ...

Yea!! I walked forty five minutes today! Pretty good, seeing as I usually live a sedentary lifestyle ...
