my daily exercise
Hi all,
Well I have deffo done the 30 mins at least, I did 2 miles in 50 mins yesterday, 500 step-ups in 15 mins, 50 crunches in 5 mins, and 50 leg ups in 5 mins, and boy did i feel it lol. i am so happy about doing it though, will keep you updated if you like.
