Didn't get my cardio in last night, but I did lift weights and stretched. Today I did 50 min on the treadmill (fast walking and jogging).
 
can I please join in?!

I'll let you know tonight how much I get done!

I definitely exercise at least 30 mins. everyday, and I would love support to stick with it! :)
 
im still arround havent exercises for a while but i havent gained any weight i hope to get back exercising this week or next i guess i feel off the wagon time to get back on it
 
Tuesday: shoveled snow
Wednesday: 30 minutes on the treadmill 3.5 mph
Today: 30 minutes on the treadmill 3.7 mph
 
okay, i'll do it. tonight i will do a half hour of ddr, which equals out to 400 cals. i would like to do more, i used to do 1000 a day, but i just had a baby, so i am out of shape. i will check back in tomorrow. i challenge you all to do 75 crunches today!
 
Hi all...didn't get to post last night. I did 35 min brisk walk on treadmill yesterday including jogging. Hope to post more for tonight.

Ok the crunches are done...ouch! Didn't get to cardio today, but no feeling guilty...Sundays are usually my day off. I'll be posting tomorrow.
 
Call me a bit slow, but I'd like to join - if you'll have me. I've been slacking lately, and need to quit using -21 as an excuse not to exercise. I was walking almost daily until winter finally arrived mid-January.

I challenge MYSELF to 200 sit-ups tonight!
 
I did my 200 sit ups last night!

Going for 220 tonight.
