Sorry I haven't posted...I was on vacation for a few days. I did A LOT of walking while gone. Anyways, did 30 minutes of running and walking on the treadmill this morning.
 
30 mins ab/ball...30 mins Curves, 8 min Tae Bo workout...
 
I did 2.5 miles in 50 minutes lol I could be faster but my
dog insists on sniffing and peeing and shitting on every
tree bush gate ground bags anything he drives me nutts some
times because he loves smelling other dog's buisness thats
left behind and I have to drag him away lol!:)
 
I walked 3 miles -45 minutes and did 80 crunches and some
squats leg lifts.

Sorry I haven't been posting more. I have been busy with Christmas crap, and although short on formal "exercise", my life has been FULL of physical activity. I actually was kinda looking forward to work today because I get to sit down for a while. *laugh* I also started week two of the couch to 5K program this morning. 30 minutes of running and walking.

Troutman: You're putting us all to shame. You rock.
 
Walked 3.2 miles in 50 minutes yesterday...did a bit too much talking as I walked. :p
