I'm so in! Yesterday I did 10 min. of stationary bike, 10 min. on the treadmill, and 10 min. of weights and sit-ups. I'll report today's once I do it :D

What dvd are you using to do the belly dancing?! I just joined a belly dance meetup group in my area, but I haven't actually met with them yet and this weekend I plan to do a drop in on a 2 hr class and see how it goes. I really want to take these lessons for the cardio and for the art. I've been doing some research on dvds I can use at home but can't decide on one. Can you tell me a bit about the one you're using and your impressions of it? Please? :D

As for my exercise... I've done 12 minutes of exercise thus far. I did 5 minutes of strength training, followed by 5 minutes of cardio and 2 minutes of stretching. Trying to spread it out over the day, so I did that when I got up and plan to do the other 18 minutes (or more) this evening. It doesn't sound like much but I was sweating. I did squats and lunges for 5 minutes straight, I didn't count how many just keep going until the timer went off...but whew it got me sweating. Then I did 2.5 minutes of jump and jacks and 2.5 minutes of oblique twists standing, and ended with 2 minutes of pilates stretching.

(I just cut and pasted that from my diary...why re-invent the wheel? lol) I plan to finish up this evening..may even beat 30 minutes. Imagine that.;)

I'm totally in....

I walk/jogged for 25 min and then did crunches and squats and stuff for about 15 minutes today

Ok I started this to get us all rocking! To be in this challenge you have to do at least 30 minutes of excercise a day! What you do is up to you as long as your report in and are accountable! We can challenge others here as well like I challenge Tammy (Niapage) to 50 crunches tomorrow hehehee Its all in fun but it holds us accountable to take that time to excercise!!!!!!:D

Ok girl I new ya was having a rough day seen it in your diary but you still done it with all them situps! I am starting your way of doieting in the morn as well! Have a good night!
 
Good luck red you can do it and I think
you will like this diet much better!I usually
do 50-80 situps right when I wake up cuz
I put my ab rocker in my bed and it feels better
on my back that way. Have a gr8 night Tammy:)
 
I did another hour on the elliptical because I binged today :eek:

the thought of having to do that every time I binge might deter me in the future... At least I hope so!
