Hey guys!

I don't think I can keep up with points and that anymore, I have moved out and don't have internet at home, and I am cutting down my internet time at work now too.

But I would love to chat here sometimes. I'll try give the bonuses a go too!

I am doing okay with eating, but struggling when I'm at home at night, after the bf has gone to sleep... any advice?

Afraid im gonna be MIA this week....losing the comp so it can be repaired and wont get it back til friday!! AArrrrgghhh how will i survive??!!! Will be back with a vengence on Sat tho!
 
Yesterday
Exercise- 31 minutes cardio (burned 372 calories on that machine today!!!!), 30 min weights, 20 minutes core ( crunches, sidebends, etc)

AM
light and fit banana strawberry drink (70 cal)
Light OJ (50 cal)
Vanilla almond oatmeal
Coffee (cream and splenda)



PM
2oz grilled chicken, cooked broccoli, ground beef w/cheese (1/2 cup)

EVE
Whole wheat bagel bread with Tunafish (onion, musturd, tsp micacle whip)
10 veggie chips

Busy day today... light eating.. which is good at times i suppose!

Im trying to step up my exercise and energy level...So i always try to be up by 4 so from 4 - 5 i can wake up and watch my soapy before getting my youngest from daycare. Today i decided to ride my bike as I was watching it so I can do both and get more exercise in, I was proud of myself!

Is it too late to join in? I have been missing since not long before the end of the Accountability challenge. I am currently in Athens airport on my way back home from the Greek island where I have been hitting new depths in unhealthy nutrition.

I am afraid that my food on a Greek island has no resemblance to my food at home. Twice in the past four days - I have had a snack called saganaki tyri which is basically about 6 ounces of hard cheese - covered in batter and fried. When you consider the main meals, ice creams and everything else - it is no surprise that my clothes are tight and I hate to think what I weigh.
 
I will be joining and will let you know what I weigh when I brave the scales. I know that my weight will show the biggest increase known to mankind.

In the spirit of accountability I can report that today I had terrible nutrition and will have increased my weight further. I was stuck for ages at Athens airport and they were giving me as much free croissants, sandwiches, peanuts, chocolate cake and chocolate ice-creams as I could eat. My eating was nothing to be proud of. I got my money's worth!!! Add to this the food during two flights and alcohol - not to mention a chinese takeaway on getting home and I am sure that you get the picture.

Tomorrow is the start of trying to put things right!!!
 
Ah Margaret, I dont know anyone with as much motivation and focus as you.You will bounce back and will do as great as always!
 
Well I weighed myself this morning first thing and as predicted - it wasnt pretty. I weighed 10st3.2. That is 143.2 pounds and a full 14 pounds up from my ticker weight which was my weight exactly three weeks ago today.

I am hoping that some will be water retention and am praying for things to improve over the next week. I dont really feel like changing my ticker weight back to the weight that I got down to back in May so am leaving it where it is as an incentive for me to get back there as quickly as possible.

I dont know how the points thing works for this challenge - but am coming from a zero start. I will have to get sorted out.

At least I have checked in today so that seems to get me some points.

I have also been on the treadmill. I have done 7 miles. I had to do it at 4.0 miles per hour (which is slower than I was doing before the holiday). Also I had to split it into two chunks of exercise. I was splitting my walking in Greece because the weather got too hot to do it all in the morning. It shows how quickly you can get out of shape!!!

That is 105 minutes of exercise so far today - so I am well on my way to getting my weight in exercise done before too long.

Food so far today has all been sensible and healthy stuff. Lets hope that I can continue with it.

4 points a day...the days you complete the challenege you recieve 4 points...also if you do it everyday for the whole week you can reveive 30 points.A little bonus over the 4 points a day.Added incentive and a reward!

Weight Loss
What you loose is your points...(.5lbs = .5 points)

Water
Water in ozs...what you drink is what we get.32ozs is 32 points

Exercise
5 points a day for 45 mins+ So 45mins and above gets you 5 points a day...if no exercise that day no points...

One other thing...

Checking in daily with food and exercise
2 points a day...It is about accountability, checking in daily is important and recording everything for us to see good or bad is part of it all.


With your activity level and water drinking your points will be up with ours n no time!
 
And also, if you continue on the challenges for the weeks following you can get those points as well. So if ts week, you matcehed or gained your lbs in exercising minutes you will get the challenge points for that daily as well as if you continue on with no junk food..just more incentive...

Plus you dont need to check in daily but when you do check in account for your food and activity when away and you can still get the points for checking in

It is just a positive and supportive way to stay accoutable!
