Meal 1- light n fit yogurt, sm serving of lowfat cottage cheese, 10 peanuts
Meal 2- 1/2 tuna melt (was totally gross so i didnt finish it), lowfat banana, strawberry, coconut smoothie
Meal 3- Feta and sundried tomato chicken salad (half size), small pita bread
80 oz of water today!!!!
I dont count the smoothie as junk because it was healthy... so 5 points for no junk food!!
exercise- 30 minutes eliptical machine, 30 minutes abdominal and core building- 5 points
total points today 92
