80 oz of water today!!!!:hurray:

I dont count the smoothie as junk because it was healthy... so 5 points for no junk food!!

I never did exercise...geeesh, Im almost done organizing my house andthen i need to refocus on exercise agian and makin it a priority like I use to...Im looking into going to boot camp with a friend of mine, it would be 3 mornings a week and we are talking abt water areobics for sure twice a week and I play tennis 2 times a week and pushing for 3...LOL...Once i get this on the go , I should be good.I get home and crash and cus I spend the day in bed, I struggle for energy and consistnacy...

I wanted to mention the rules...I had said check in daily for 2 points a day to keep us accountable and checking in.

In the intro I said that as long as you post your food and exercise daily when you do check in for the days you didnt post is ok. Does this make sence?

As long as you record your food and exercise when you do check in, for all your missd days it is ok to go ahead and get your 2 points a day.

Is this ok with everyone else ? I understnad and realize it isnt always do able to get on here everyday and update, trust me , I know, I need to mae a point of it, LOL...

I also wanna suggest/introduce something else...

How about if you continue on with the challenge from the week before you can continue to earn those 4 points plus the current 4 points, good incentive to continueon with the challeneges form each week:)

meal 1-mcskillet burrito(doh! lol), coffee cream/splenda

Exercise

Thursdays are my day off of working out, but I did take a walk with my son but it was only for 30 minutes or so and not brisk at all

I'm going to say I broke the junk food rule since I got McDonald's yesterday.(ok, I'm told that doesn't count so I'm taking it out--lol--I usually do 'cheat' a teeny bit on my exercise days off since I know the food won't drag me down on my activity and I still try to eat in moderation, even with the naughty foods.

I really need to step up my exercise but ri9gh tnow my focus has been on more rest and trying to get my house back in order after a house fire we had 4 months ago...I really need to step it up!

And i also thoguht it best to tally up the points divided like you guys do bu tI was lazy yesturday im gonna do it that way too!

LOL..well, I don't do it on purpose. I have a general idea of my food choices and how much and go with it. My 'drill sargeant'(ie the person that stays on my a$$ about these things) gets on me for missing meals sometimes. Anyway, I truly just get busy through the day and hate making poor food choices that sometimes I make none at all:ack2: I've been known to go through the burger line though and ditch a part of the bread and just get a basic hamburger when I'm really desperate to grab sometime.
I have 3 kids and one is autistic and life seems about appts sometimes(one of which I forgot about yesterday:smash: and it was a very important one too--ugh!)

As for the exercise, I like going. I have a strained marriage and then the kids so it is an outlet for me(in lieu of a s*x life which I don't have:ack2:). Ok, TMI, but helpful to understand why I stay active. I need it or I'd be very very grumpy all the time. LOL Plus, I love group fitness ie the classes! Really gets me motivated since you have to be there at a certain time, other people are 'suffering' with you, and the instructors get riled up and motivating. We have boot camp too. I've been wanting to try it out! Let me know what you think if you go.

Step is my all time favorite. Used to love step classes back in the 90's when they were the rage, still love them! I'm getting to love yoga/mat pilates/tai chi too. The relaxation I get from it is awesome. It's usually the last class I take on Wed. bfore I take my day off of working out. Nice top off to the previous six days.

All that said, keep it going everyone! I've dropped another 12 lbs or so in the last month when I kicked it up again when the kids went back to school! We can do this!

Thx for responding. It's sad to know I'm not alone in the marriage thing, but good too since some days it is very lonely, especially since the person I'm with is the nicest person to everyone else. Anyway, not to drone on about it. It has been a struggle and when things started going down the toilet, I turned to food first and got depressed with where I was.

I have a daughter who is 10(5th grade), a son(the autsie one) who is 8(2nd grade), and a boy who is 4(and sleeping his stuffy little head off in the other room at the moment). Thanks for asking! I just got off the phone a little while ago arranging the ADHD evaluation for my son:( I'd waited to do medication until I could see what was a part of maturing and what was related to his autism and now it seems that the last few months have brought changes both at school and home that are going to need treatment. *sigh* I knew the day would come, but I just wish my little fella had an easier go of it.

How about yours and anyone else's?

BTW, I've done nights before and the same thing happens to me. I stay busy during the night and don't eat as much and then sleep a majority of the day so no eating there either. Completely understand how that happens!
 
:)I have two daughters, 4(preschool) and 14(grade 9)...I kick myself for how stupid I was to have them in the same damn selfish self centered stages together, LOL, Im surprized im not grey yet!

My step son was ADHD and also borderline autistic, it was really hard when we blended our families...(he would yell and scream and cry and fight when ever asked to do anything or intrupted...no matter how you dealt with ir or went about it (no matter where we were or what we were doing)I had my own daughter at the time, my oldest...obviously, lol...Boy was it had dealign with him , but i pushed to get him medicated to see if there was a difference as I couldnt handle him or deal with him and everytime i turne around he ws getting sent home, and suspended and eventually expelled, it was awful. There was a great change once he when on the medication, we could talk him and have him listen and make eye contact and suh and actually get things dealt with in a nice manner...(I have my Early Childhood Education,was teaching preshcool and running a before and after school care program and it was all i could do to stay afloat.

Koodoos to you for doing it and doing it alone...I know how hard it is to have a child that isnt "typical"

I enjoy the nights for the most part.Get a bit burnt out and am pretty useless during my on shifts, lol...but I think I like it cuz i work alone and it is the onl me time I get.Sometimes I t hink I could do it for a long time...I find myself thinking how nice and easier it will be in a year when Kindergarten starts then both kids are i less worries> More time to sleep, LOL

water today- 88 oz of water today!!!! ( was out in the sun ALLL DAY)

total points- 95.... no anti junk food points... broke down and had come AMAZING ice cream. im bummed... but have been so good compared to before this week... so a small treat... packed with calories....:puke:
