Thanks for the info Cerella. I will update my earlier posting to deal with Tuesday being weigh in day and the new week starting.

My weight Tuesday was 9st10.0 (i.e. 136.0 pounds) as I am trying to get rid of that holiday gain as quickly as ever possible. I will add my weight loss points to Tuesday.
My start weight on Sunday morning was 10st3.2 (i.e. 143.2 pounds) so that is a loss of 7.2 pounds.

I had better put add in my challenge for exercise minutes matching weight with Wednesday and also count my personal challenge points for Wednesday.

Wednesday was another good day. I did eat a proper meal which was healthy and all my eating was controlled.

Main meal was baked salmon with salad.
Otherwise I had 4 weetabix, skimmed milk and sweetener, 3 * 0% yoghurts, sugar free jelly and fruit.

UGH, WOW, I have a tooth infection and it has been takin over my whole body.Yesturday I couldnt even hardly move at all!It was so bad.I was either in bed or on the couch.Around 6ish i gathered up all my strength and energy to take my youngest out for awhile.We went to the park and met her dad...BLAH!WoW all I can say is I really dont like him at all, having to see me is just BLAH!Anyhow, I gave him a choice over the weekend, to see his daughter every Sunday, cuz it is the only time we are available or to just not ever see her at all, sinc ehe never does.He choice Sundays and said that he will work harder at maintaining it and a relationship with her, so time will tell.I think I over drugges myself yesturday , today I seem to be doing better.
 
Sorry to hear that you have been coping with an infection Cerella. Hope that you feel better soon.
 
Saturday was the start of a few less controlled days. We all get them. I did eat a proper meal which was healthy.

The main problem with Saturday was the olive bread. I know that bread is something that I should avoid. It tends to have too much sodium for me. Having said that I should really avoid olives too as they are soaked in salt and lemon juice to remove the bitterness. Therefore when a friend of mine bakes olive bread and gives it to me - if I am sensible I do not eat it. I give it away, throw it away - but do not eat it. Naturally - I ate it!!!

Main meal was dusted plaice and a tin of baked beans. Otherwise I had 3 weetabix, skimmed milk and sweetener, 3 * 0% yoghurts, sugar free jelly and fruit. A few sugar free sweets and some sugar free chewing gum - I do not consider this to be junk food.

I got a hold of some hifi muesli bars. These have healthy content and are sold by Slimming World which is a UK based slimming club which is similar to Weight Watchers. Other people have these little bars in place of a breakfast. I have them as a momentary snack. It is not like I cut down on the other stuff that I eat. I eat it as an extra. The fact that they are individually wrapped has no consequence for me. I can take the wrapping off the next one in the blink of an eye

Challenge this week

Margaret we run Tuesday to Tuesday:)Oh and next week you can pick the challenge:)!

My challenge is that we should ensure that we get enough calcium each day. Many authorities recommend that we should get at least 1000mg calcium each day. This can be achieved by eating a calcium rich diet or by taking supplements.

It is not only found in dairy products - but also in leafy green vegetables and such things as baked beans.

Tuesday was a much more controlled day. I did eat a proper meal which was healthy. I also managed to have some extra water. I had my breakfast later in the day (about 2.30pm) which is not a recommended approach but did seem to help me to control my eating better. For some reason I felt less hungry the whole day long. Generally - once I eat something for the day - for some reason I seem to want to eat continually for the rest of the day. The urge does not stop until basically I finish my water which tends to be some time between 9pm and 11.30pm.

Main meal was salmon baked in a small amount of olive spread, peas, sweetcorn. Otherwise I had 3 weetabix, skimmed milk and sweetener, 2 * 0% yoghurts, sugar free jelly and fruit. A few sugar free sweets and some sugar free chewing gum - I do not consider this to be junk food.

In preparation for the new challenge which I have set - I note whatever calcium is in other food (and salmon happens to be high in calcium) - my calcium quota is met when I have the 12.5 fl oz serving of milk that I have each day on my weetabix (I like it to be substantial) and 2 of my brand of yoghurts. This means that I do not have to feed each day's data through fitday.com.

Main meal was pork loin steak and a tin of baked beans. Otherwise I had 3 weetabix, skimmed milk and sweetener, 3 * 0% yoghurts, sugar free jelly and fruit. A few sugar free sweets and some sugar free chewing gum.

I had to go to the dentist again - this time for 2 fillings (another £190 spent for the appointment - this is getting bloody expensive!!!!) so did my walking outside.

Sry guys, im taking a tiny break, lol...My infection got ten times worse...On Thurs afternoon I went back into dentist as emergancy, I had to have my tooth re-opened and recleaned and get a new temp filling.They figured due to the neglect of the other dentist I still had infection in my tooth as only 2 of the 3 canals were cleaned and drained...

So this is my 3rd infection in 2 months on the same tooth...My face is swollen badly...coming down right now...i have a lump inside my mouth on my jaw...I have had to go on dbl anti biotics and antinflamatories...

Ive had this tooth opened twice and had the same procedure down twice...so right nwo im a little scared to go ahead with my root canal...

anyway, i am not doing to great and have very little energy, I am not exercising but i am finally eating a bit more and drinking more water...

I was in so much pain thurs evening and friday, I was crying on Friday morning when I came home from work...i went to the clinic fFriday evening...anyway...i will be back in afew days following through witheveryhitng
 
Cerella - sorry to hear that earlier root canal work has not fixed the problem for you. I had to have some of that before and immediately after the holiday - but I was lucky and mine ended up being more expensive than painful. Trips to the dentist are never fun!!! Our last dentist was NHS - but she just wanted to take perfectly good teeth out of Rod. We changed back to our old dentist - who is good but now only does private work so we end up paying a small fortune on every single visit.

I hope that it all gets sorted out this time around for you.

I did however spend a couple of hours in the afternoon out walking as I had to go to some shops urgently and walked there and back.
