Menu today

Today was a hungry wanting to eat day. I rarely eat at work or if I choose too, I have a bowl of SPecial K around 230 or 3am. Im gonna change that to Shreddies as Special K has no fiber, only benefit is it is low in cals. SOmetimes I eat breakfast as well but not this week. Anyway At work this evening I had a cheese and bread stick snack pack and two servings of shreddies. It was my late morning, I stay till 10am on Thurs and Fri, so I also had an English muffin. LOL

Todays Menu

2 servings of Shreddies
milk

Cheese and breadstick snack pack

English muffin

6inch ham and cheese sub

1/4 of a quiche (spinach)
1/2 cup of corn

Water

Not too bad but could be better

Activity

60 min 2 mile walk

I am a good healthy role model for my girls. We have changed our eating habits almost completely around over the last year or so. My youngest knows the importance of being active and on the move. I am currently teaching her how to play tennis!!! She will be 4 in July. I'm also working on getting my oldest out and active with me as well.

Wow, this has been a bad week for my eating habits... I think it has to do with the fact work is depressing me. I barely make enough to pay for gas to get to and from work the two days a week I get schedule... u.u

Today I had fried potato cubes and a few bites of bacon for breakfast. I had two cheeseburgers and a few chicken nuggets for lunch, and then a cheeseburger for dinner. I had sunflower seeds for a snack throughout the day. I'm eating a serving of mandarin oranges for a snack now. I had a little soda throughout the day, getting a bottle of water now.

I got an hour of exercise today... I think that was the only up..


6/12 - I'm great with animals. ^.^

string cheese 50 cals
v8 low sodium x 2 140 cals
fiber one bar 140 cals
1/2 pizza burger
sm order of onion rings
a few saltines

exercise: walked with dd through park/lake, painted for 60 minutes
 
Im not gonna record my food for the last two days sry...time has escaped me.

I had a very Friday the 13th day...We wont even go there , LOL!

I was very proud of myself yestuday as I played tennis for 2 hrs and 15 mins, after working all night and oiver time - I worked for 12 hrs...blah.

I also apologize as I didnt get my fiber in these last two days so im 4/6 sorry.

I am a good co-worker. Today I thanked my co-worker and told her I appreciate her for all she does that makes my shift easier.

I am in better physical shape than I give myself credit for. I am fit and in shape

Hey girls! Sorry I haven't been around the past couple days it's been INSANE around here... but I did get some exercise in. My gym buddy got back in town yesterday but didn't want to go to the gym, instead, she drove by and waved at me and help up a mcdonalds bag while I was working out. It was freaking funny. :)

Anyway.

Sorry, Friday was a really bad day... I got sick at work and I had to work till 1 AM.

Friday, I ate very little, being sick. Today I ate a 12 inch pizza by myself, oh and fried potato cubes and sausage for breakfast...

Yesterday I had about 70mins of exercise, and today I had 15 in the morning.

I didn't complete my challenge for fiber, upset about that but here are my positive posts.


6/13 - I can keep a good conversation going for quiet a while. ^.^

6/14 - I make a great birthday cake. Heheh.

C'MON GUYS! WE CAN'T WIN THIS IF ONLY ONE TEAMMATE CHECKS IN. Can we try to check in by Friday night so that if we just don't get online Saturday that we have stats in? I know it's not always possible to get to a computer, but we're getting out butts handed to us on a silver platter.

Hey I check in regularly too!!!lol.Really though it is just you an me mostly , we need to do something to kick their butts!
 
Heh, I usually check in regularly, its just been a really bad week... I'm going to try harder... It really sucks right now, I just lost one of my cats, and I don't know what happened, I just found him dead outside... -.-... Hopefully I can turn my frustration into concentration on this competition...
 
Well, today I had Homemade sausage biscuits for breakfast. I snacked on fries, tots, and breaded chicken throughout the day at work, didn't have time to eat a big meal, we had a lot of rushes. Then I had freezer pizza for dinner.

I drank a couple cups of sprite at work, as the water is nasty...

I got a little over 75mins of exercise today, fun. ^.^... I also got home to learn one of my cats and the bird I'd rescued and was planning to release, both died.

Ya your right, sorry you are good with checkin in most of the time and funny enough, the three of us have all had probs checkin in regularly, this last week.

What I like the most about you and radiantpebble is you both always check in and you both always provide a menu, which you are supposta do :) Check in daily and give a food report

We need to get on everyone else...

The other big thing is the challeneges, they give us our points as well as our exercise...

Im tired of seeing last place, we can do this!

I have had two of my cats drop dead with no explanation, I knwo how hard tha tis to deal with and how unsettling it is...

Alright so today was a good day for the most part. I'm down on cals.. just 1552 but today was freaking CRAZY.

Weight this morning. 200 yay! Back to my original starting weight, hahaha.

Breakfast:
Grapefruit half
Glass of juice

Lunch:
Pizza. eek! 3 pieces.

Dinner:
Tacos. Beef, cheese, lettuce, and light sour cream.

I drank so much freaking water today that it actually started to make me sick. I need to remember to eat more when I drink that much water haha.

Calories: 1552

Exercise: 20 minutes arc, 35 minutes weights (did the WHOLE circuit today. whoo I'm going to be sore tomorrow.) 25 minutes bike.

Exercise so far this week: 1 hour 20 minutes (80 minutes)

Bonus: I AM SHOOTING FOR ALL THREE. Even if they don't all count. I need that motivation to get the extra exercise especially!

I woke up, had breakfast, then went in town to help move the belongings of a girl out of the room I'll be moving into. This girl used to be a close friend, but went psycho on us and that's basically that. She moved to Seattle and left all of her things.. including a 50 GALLON FISH TANK WITH FISH, WATER, AND ROCKS. So we had the fun task of boxing everything up, catching the fish, emptying the tank, loading it in trucks, and taking it to a storage unit she purchased. Ugh.. so inconsiderate. Then I went to work (and they are having me go in at 8 tomorrow instead of 11 :( ) then to the gym, then to get stuff for dinner with a friend. Yea. Been quite a day.

Nope your the only one, ha ha ha, we just have to update the 1st post with all our info on it, in the beginning of the thread.
 
Yay, we are buddies in the attempt. I don't know how well I'll be able to do on these to be honest! But I will do my darndest. Grrr! I already copy/pasted that format and forgot to post there. I wonder if she didn't count it. How crappy and silly of me.
