Weight-Loss ACCOUNTABILITY CONTEST - The Blue Team Thread

Heya girlies! Today was another good day. I'm scared I'm going to have a not so good one soon, haha.

Breakfast:
Two string cheese
Apple sauce

Lunch:
Sandwich
____Two slices bread
____Salami
____Cheese
____Mayo
____Lettuce

Snack:
Pretzel with cheese

Dinner:
Sandwich
____Tuna
____Mayo
____Celery
Two string cheese

Calories: 2062 (Not entirely sure the pretzel calories are correct, but closest guess I had there.)

Exercise!: 25 minutes cybex arc, 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes bike. This routine seems to work well for me!

Exercise so far this week: 4 hours! (240 minutes) So that means I'm right on track!

Challenges: Things look good! It was only the fast food one that stopped me going to taco bell instead of my tuna sandwich. Grrrr.. but good. Sucks to get home from the gym at 11 at night and make dinner though, haha.
 
Hey, sorry I've had crazy (sorta sleepy) past two days.

~ Wednesday ~
Breakfast- fried potato cubes, bacon.
Lunch - Mozz sticks
Dinner - Mashed potatoes with cheese.
Didn't snack.
Two bottles of rootbeer. -.- Bad I know.
No Exercise.

~ Thursday ~
Breakfast - Bean burrito
Lunch - Cinnamon oatmeal
Dinner - Mac & Cheese, with hot dogs cut up in it.
Didn't Snack.
Can of ginger ale, can of root beer.
1hr 15min exercise.

I work past midnight Friday night (Tonight tech, since its 3AM) so I'll post Saturday morning.

Exercise yes, breakfast yes...fast food, nope, I caved sorry...I spent the day with my little one till she went to preschool, so we had a treat and got mcdonalds for lunch...and I just went hog wild as you can see. LOL...

Exercise this week:455 mins:)

I have so far played 6 hrs of tennis this week and tomorrow is my regular day and that will put me at 8 hrs if we play for two hrs which seems to be our standard now:)!

Activity: painted 90 minutes, bike ride with dtr/son

activity: walk track

Wednesday:

fudge bar 100 calories
activity: mowed 30 mins, walk track

scrambled eggs
toast x 2

activity: park with dtr/son, walked trail with them
 
I'm sorry team, I have been so busy with personal stuff lately (including a b-day party for 40 for my daughter) that I sort of forgot about the challenge and haven't had time to check in or do the bonuses. I suppose I need to bow out and apologize for being so very FLAKY. Good luck on the challenge.

Or you can just step it up and start doing the challeneges and checking in, everything begins fresh with each new week. starting Sunday.
 
I agree, you should stay on the team even if you miss a week! Life happens, but keep going with it. Of course you don't have to, but we would like ya to stay!

Thursday:

We went to Cold Stone and I got a smoothie instead of ice cream. Whoohoo!

I didn't really have dinner :/ the smoothie filled me up. Yeh.

Didn't track cals because I have no idea how to guess some of those things.

Exercise: Didn't get any in. Work tired me out so flipping much.

I don't think I'll reach the exercise challenge for this week, but I am so happy with all the exercise that I did get in! Whoo! I am still on track for the eating breakfast and not eating fast food, though!
 
- Friday -

Dinner - Chicken and tater tots as a meal at work.
Snacks - Pickle slices throughout the 6 hours I worked.
Drinks - 2 cups of sprite, 1 cup of root beer.
Exercise - 3hrs 10mins total some at work, some before and after work.

Wasn't too great of a day.. -.- except for exercise..

Tooo fuuunnny. The same thing happened to me...my kitty snuggled up to me and fell asleep and so did I this afternoon:) How old is your kitty ?

Heh, sorry I didn't see that post.. The litter is almost 2 and a half months, They're a little small for their age, except the boy, he's lanky and bigger than the three girls (four total).

aaawww i have a 4 1/2 month old kitty...we had two gave one away and are still on the fence abt this one...

Chinese. However, I kept it to much smaller portions than usual! Whoohoo!

Will be some type of sandwich.

Calories: No idea.

CHANGES TO BONUS CHALLENGE


Okay - since we have a few people who aren't too "fond" of the NO SODA Bonus Challenge - I am going to revise the Bonus Challenge for this week.

Since we have already lost a day - this challenge will run Monday 6/23 through Saturday 6/28.

I want everyone to have a fair chance at getting bonus points - and it wasn't my intention to have anyone say "I'm just not doing it". Don't want to cause any type of resentment on the teams.

So, this week's challenge will be to add CALCIUM to your diet.



Everyone will need to add 1000mg each day to achieve the bonus.

You can do this the good ole fashion way by eating or drinking more calcium - or you can take calcium supplements.

If anyone doesn't like this challenge - too bad! I tried! :sifone:

Heya guys! Let's all get the bonus! I mean... we can all take a calcium supplement at the very least if our normal routine doesn't allow for that much. We should be trying to get it in anyway!
 
Hey, sorry about not posting Sunday, but she said it doesn't count, but I will say I ate healthy and had no soda... ^.^

~ Monday ~
I can't remember when I ate what, as I've been sick all day.
Mashed potatoes with cheese.
Half a fried bologna sandwich.
A slice of pizza.
4 small eggo waffles.
3 glasses of milk, half a bottle of soda, and a bottle of water.

I didn't get any exercise as of being sick... I'll be making up for that tomorrow.

servings of multigrain tostitos
1 kiwi

1/2 cheese bread stick

1 small soft taco
2 hard tacos

1/2 cup of salad

large sprite at movie theater
1 cup of movie theater popcorn

none...well took my little one swimming but all we did was play and have fun
