Heya guys! Today was good and bad. I hate ice cream... and not a small bowl! But it fit in and I'm still in my cals goal for the day.

Breakfast:
Two pieces wheat toast with peanut butter

Lunch:
Sandwich
____Two pieces multi grain bread
____Mayo
____Cheese
____Salami
____Lettuce
(Anyone notice this is like... my favorite sandwich!)
Rosemary bread with margarine

Snack:
Vanilla ice cream
With chocolate chips

Dinner:
Boca burger on a bun
Ketchup
Mayo
Applesauce

Calories: 2080

Exercise: 25 minutes arctrainer, 25 minutes weights, 30 minutes bike

Exercise so far this week: 2 hours 40 minutes (160 Minutes)

Challenge: Yes on soda and Yes on calcium (I am taking a multi vitamin along with my normal diet that puts me over so I think I'll get the bonus!)

I am having a training session tomorrow at my gym.. I'm a little nervous but really excited. This is the third gym I've belonged to and all of them have been completely different. I like this one the most by far, though.

Sry gals im so far behind im sittin this one out and we only get the points if we all do the challenege fully. I am sorry...Ive been good up till now:) But I always get my exercise in!

I had the most amazing afternoon. I went on a bike for the first time. It was incredible - I LOVED IT...I will become a biker chick at some point for sure! I spent the afternoon with my x. We went on a 2 hr bike ride and he took me to the beach for an ice cream cone. It was nice and sweet and I had a great time. The beach threw me though...It was where we went as a couple all the time...
 
Heya Cerella, that would be fairly awkward. But it's nice that you two still get along enough to spend time together.

This is going to be a LONG post because I wanted to update you all on my training thing at my gym. It's basically just the same as written in my dairy, and I'll come back and edit my other meals into this later.

I wanted to do measurements so that they are accurate and not my ones done at home, then she had me do a survey thing, and talked a bit about my work out. (We only had half an hour) So! A lot of my measurements are good for my bone structure, but some certainly need some work. She is making me a print out of all that exact stuff for when I go to work out tomorrow, so I'll let everyone know about it then.

She switched around my workout, so I am now biking first, then doing weights (and I'm only allowed 30 seconds resting between to try to keep my heart going) and then the arctrainer. Also, on the arc I used to go for 25 minutes, starting with a fast 4, walk 1, fast 4, walk 1, fast 3, walk 2, etc. She had me switch that around. I guess the first 20 minutes of a workout, you are burning different types of fats and whatnot, so doing the arctrainer in the beginning, I was working hard and not gaining my max benefits! Silly me!

So I have my workout switched around a bit, and it'll take some getting used to, but I'm going to stick to it!

Now for eating! She has given me a pretty strict routine to stick to. It's one of those six meal a day things, and she wants me to shoot for at least four. I'm going to stick to it as hard as I can, but of course I won't be making everything every day.

Meal 1 includes 5 eggs whites, a whole egg, oatmeal, and 1/2 cup fresh fruit.

Meal 2 includes london broil cooked, brown rice or sweet potato, 1/2 cup green veggies.

Meal 3 includes talapia or grilled chicken brease, 1/2 cupt green veggies, 3/4 cup rice or sweet potato

Meal 4 includes chicken breast, 1/2 cup green veggies, sweet potato or protein powder, 1/2 cup fresh fruit

Meal 5 includes tilapia or grilled chicken breast or salmon filet, green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing and olive oil

Meal 6 includes egg whites or lead turkey or skinless chicken breast, 1/2 cup green veggies

I'm allowed rice cakes (only 2 per day) as snacks.

Now, of course I am not doing to follow this to a T, but I am going to use it as some good suggestions and guidelines and I'll try to do 4 small meals a day.

She also gave me Yes and No lists.

Soooooo that no list isn't going to be completely done. I am going to still include cheese... but I will cut back. The dairy in general will be difficult, and the no fruit juice :( but I'll stick to it as much as I can.

Once I get some money (after shopping for my new eating style, I will be fairly broke), I am probably going to sign up for another training session so that I can go around and actually fix up my workout more with her. On the arctrainer, my heartrate is WAY high... 180's to 195ish... so I'm working on getting that down at the moment. I found out that I wasn't actually breathing enough.. so that put it up a bit. Today it was 185 at the highest.. and only during the last 3 minutes or so was it that high! So yay for that. I also want to have more training sessions paid for so that I can keep up with my measurements... probably once a month would be a good goal for that.

That all being said, so far today:

Skim milk (haha, failed that no dairy thing for today already!)

Dinner tonight:
Turkey burger on a wheat bun
____the burger had garlic and 1/3 tablespoon of bbq sauce in it.

____Balsamic vinaigrette (Holy crap! Only 5 cals in 2 tablespoons. That is crazyyyy)

Edit: Snack:
Two slices peanut butter toast.

Calories: 1001 That is NOT ok. I am going to have some cheese even though it is on my no no list simply to get my calories up. I can't believe I only ate that much today and it's really not ok with me.
Revised cals: 1496, much better. Still not high enough but not too low to worry.

Exercise: 30 minutes bike, 15 minutes weights, 25 minutes arctrainer

Exercise so far this week: 5 hours 10 minutes (310 minutes)

Challenges: Still no soda. Got the calcium because of my snack!

Hello Gals, Well I guess really just you Britta:D

I have a friend Ladyumbra - (Jessica) Who will be joining us. She just rejoined the foruma s she took a break for a bit and found she needed us, lol! So I suggested to her she join us here as it is all about accountability which she needs. Plus the support.

I emailed Lori and she said no problem. I explained to Lori that is is typically just three of us on the team participating, that we rarelly hear from lisa and that Kawaii hasnt checked in all week and that Blacita just quit...

So Welcome aboard Jessica - great to have ya on my team again!!! If BB does her survivor challenege when she comes back adn we can pick teams I'd love to have you as a teamy...and Britta:)!!!

I've been trying to rest since I've got to work ALL weekend. I'll try to keep up my posting.

Appearatly this appears to be my rest week...I was supposta go out and play tennis this evneign but I had quite the day. Im battling a really bad tooth infection. I had a dentist appt this morning, I need a root canal she wont do it cuz she is going away , just in case anythign happens. She told me to find another dentist. Inbetween callign dentists and such, Taneesha had preschool and her party and we had to finish up our gifts. One dentist told me to go to the clinic and request more anti biotics...told me what kind as well...so I had to go to the clinic and then to the pharmacy and then the bank and dinner and geeesh. It was time I had to leave for tennis. I had an overwhelming day today also filled with pain...this is knocking me on my ass!!! right now I am on two seperate anti biotics. In total I am taking9 anti biotics a day, plus I have 3 diff pain meds...One of my anti biotics cant mix with one of the pain meds, two of the pain meds cant be mixed and one anti biotic cant be taken with absolutly no alcohol...I mean not evne cough syrup...they told me that people have described the feeling as dying...man oh man. Plus I still had to pack and Im not feelign up to snuff obviously...just not myself...good news is , both these anto biotics together are supposta work and make all my pain go away...lets hope so...I also screwed up my whole week but having very little sleep on the weekend and then spending all day up on Tues and was irresponsible going out on that ride all afternoon and not sleepign LOL...gotta live once in awhile though...

Ya it was a bit weird, I was shocked when he told me he was taking me there...our history isnt all good there...the last tiem we were there together he begged me to take him back and apologized for all he did wrong...LOL...that went far...

Right now we seem to be in a get along phaze, breifly, it never lasts for long...time will tell...


What's the survivor challenge?

Oh one fo the other ladies...BikiniBound (Kimberelly) does challeneges as well, good ones and she is talking abt doing a Survivour challenge in July sometime...She did the Biggest Loser Challenege and the Amazing Race One, which is where I know Jessica from.
 
Ah cool! I'll join up depending on how demanding it is if she does it. July is going to be a really bad month for me, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Didn't eat anything else. Drama happened last night, and... well yeah. Cals were way too low to be healthy.

Cals: No idea.. low.

Exercise: 30 minutes bike, 25 minutes weights (got on the arc but felt sick like throwing up, so it only lasted about four minutes.. not even counting it.)

Exercise so far this week: 6 hours, 5 minutes (365 minutes)

Challenge: Still good on soda. Failed the calcium.

Stupid brownie kind of made my whole day feel worthless. Didn't drink soda, so challenge this week was completed. I didn't exercise anymore, so the minutes are 365 this week. I'm going to make today a good day and get my butt to the gym since I haven't gone in two days.
 
Hi team. Need to apologize for my lack of posting (although I will have to do real well on the next affirmation challenge). Seriously my life has gone to the dogs the last 2 months and while struggling through I have not been good about posting. I will try to do well this week to get those points and keep myself accountable. I've been in survival mode for all this time and just finally getting out of the wreckage a bit....no pity here, just been real bad and it will all works out in the end.

Saturday:
