Exercise: 1 hour weight lifting and resistance training with hand weights and resistance band

Food:
2 peices of pizza ,multigrain,light sauce and cheese
5 soft tacos made lean ground beef no toppings at all
challenge: no fried foods = yes


I am thoughtful of others feelings

lol cerella i don;t think chinese counts as deep fried unless you were eating the orange crunchy noodles or anythign in and of itself that was deep fried.

Today was ok I guess. I didn't eat any fried food, so thats good..

Uhm I had sausage and gravy on biscuits (No grease added so the sausage was pan cooked, not fried..) for breakfast...
Grits with cheese for lunch..
I had a serving of mandarin oranges as a snack...
I had one and a half homemade cheeseburgers (meat, cheese, mayo, bread) for dinner..
I had three small glasses of soda throughout the day (bad I know.. We had no milk, had to get some..)...

Exercise - about 25mins total...

Yes Britta, LOL...My dad wanted chinese so we went for chinese, Ive been a bit badder lately than usual, frustration I think ya know, ha ha ha, and it doesnt help any...
 
Hey everybody! Keep checking in with the affirmations! This is a HUGE week for points, and we can do it!

Breakfast:
Two egg whites
One whole egg
One piece milti grain toast
Margarine

Lunch:
Two tortilla rolls
____Cheese
____Salami
____Lettuce
____Mayo
(I used smaller tortillas than yesterday, so less cheese and salami and mayo! I think I actually put more lettuce, whoo!)

Dinner:
Tilapia fish 5 oz
One piece rosemary bread
Margarine
Salad
____Balsamic vinaigrette
____Carrots
____Celery

Snack:
Slice of cherry pie! Mmmmmmmm.

Calories: 1864

Exercise: 30 minutes bike, 25 minutes weights, 25 minutes arctrainer WHOO! ANDDDDD hour and a half / two and a half mile hike WHOO

Exercise so far this week: 4 hours, 10 minutes (250 minutes)

Challenge: No fried foods!

I am a great motivator for my friends to be more healthy. 6/30

Breakfast:
two pieces of bread 170 calories
peanutbutter
Lunch:
Two hamburger patties

Dinner:
one bite veal ( soemthign went horribly wrong with it and both of us felt sick trying to swallow it so that was a bust

some crackers and peanut butter



Exercise: 45 mins ddr

Challenge: still no fried foods.
bonus: I am able to apprecaite my own strengths and not compare with others.

due to a lovely tripping incident about an hour ago I lost the top few layers of skin on my knee, it hurts when i bend it but not too badly.

we're runnign out of food in the house and can;t get more till wednesday at the earliest, forgive me if i start having random looking meals

2 huge ass pancakes with syrup

1 serving of cheese
1/2 of a hot dog
5 bites of icecream (shared with my girls on the ferry)

1 chicken sandwich on white bread with lettuce

a small dbl dipped (choc) ice cream cone from DQ

I am a very patient person.

It was cute when Granny picked us up from the ferry. She packed a picnic dinner and wanted to go to the beach:) and then bought us ice cream. I think she missed us...LOL

Awe, I wanna go on a picnic... ^.^.. Sorry its late, I was out all day, just got home...

Had potato crisps and bacon (not cooked in grease) for breakfast..
Had a Blimpies footlong grilled chicken for lunch and snacks...
Had two blueberry eggo waffles for dinner (lol breakfast for dinner)

Lots of water and one glass of soda...

Exercise - 2hrs 25mins
Challenge - met for the day.


Affirmation - I'm a great problem fixer for my friends. ^.^

Italian BLT Subway sub on Whole Wheat

Heya... Uhm...

Grits for breakfast... A bagel and cream cheese for a snack....A toasted Ham and Cheese for lunch... Mandarin Oranges for a snack... A big slice of pizza for dinner, and and ice cream cone for desert..

Two glasses of soda and a glass of milk throughout the day.

No Fried foods! Yay!

Hey girls! I'm so excited that everyone is checking in so regularly! I, however, may not be after this week for a week or two. My boyfriend is coming back into town and it's the last time I get to spend with him before we break up when he moves across the country. And he'll be living with me as he no longer has a place here :( So you may be seeing less of me. I'll TRY to get here for the Saturdays and I understand that I get dropped from the team if I miss two. I am going to do my hardest to log on to post for the week.

I stick up for people that I care about (unless they are totally wrong. In which case, it's normally me they are arguing with.)

Im sorry to hear that hon...but please, please, please try your best to check in maybe even once daily...I dont wanna see you get kicked off the team:) but I can certaintly understand where you are coming from.

Also Kawaii and of Jessica...I love checkin in with you guys:) I think when this challenege is over that we should keep our own accountability thread for motivation and support...we could each take turns making a weekly challenege and have an on going exercise one to complete...maybe even start a miles thread for us...from one destination to another:)to log our exercise mins in...

wednesday

Breakfast:
toasted plain bagel with light cream cheese
dinner:
burger ( omfg no more of them please, we do groceries tommorow. no more burgers from the freezer) and baked potatoe.



Exercise: 30 mins interspersed jogging and speed walking

Challenge: still no fried foods.
bonus: I am a positive influence on others

Exercise: 20 minute walk. 1/2 mile. (My dog is like 85 in people years and we couldn't do our full loop :( I wish I could make her betterrrrrrr.)

Exercise so far this week: 5 hours, 10 minutes (310 minutes)

Challenge: Doing good.

I am SO good at sleeping all through the day. I could win a prize for it. 7/2
 
Hey... LOL, I forgot what I ate today, I know I had some grits, an icepop or two... uhm... OH a Subway sandwich, something else too... Oh, uhm two cups of mandarin oranges... I think that might be it... One can of soda all day...

Affirmation - I'm creative in helping my dad, He's making a hydrogen power canister for the cars, so that they use less fuel..
