i'm sorry guys but we were litterally t of everything but frozen food up until this afternoons so i've been living on semi healthy takeout and frozen burgers. next week will be better i swear.

1/2 cup of sauce

2 big ass glasses of iced tea

1/2 of pork stir fry
1/2 cup of rice

Sunday didn't count, so I didn't really remember to do much, I mean I kept on my challenge, just wasn't to focused. ^_^

Monday - Went great.
1 and a half fried bologna sandwiches for breakfast...
I had grits for lunch. Mandarin Oranges as a snack.
Ice cream cone for a snack.. -.- Countered with Mashed Potatoes with cheese for dinner *Met*, with Mandarin Oranges for a snack.
I had 1 soda and 2 bottles of water *Met*

Exercise - about 80mins. walking. *Met* I was walking the yard while my dad mowed, he chased me a couple times so I got some jogging in. ^_^... It started raining, so I got wet, hehe.

Sorry about posting late, I barely made it through dinner before I fell asleep... I've been so busy taking care of my kitten since she's extremely sick, and I think I'm catching it... (certain sickness, humans can catch from animals, though most the time interspecies disease is impossible..)

Heya. So I honestly don't remember what I ate yesterday or how many calories it equalled, but I do know that I didn't have a guilty bone in my body and that I drank all the water I needed! Also no added salt, whoo.

Today

Lunch:
Spaghettios
One slice multi grain bread

Lunch/snack?:
Tortilla rolls
____Salami
____Cheese
____Mayo
____Lettuce

Dinner:
Taco bell :/ OOPS. I got off work at 10 and hadn't eaten. I stuck to a quesidilla and cheesey fiesta potatoes, so I could have done a lot more damage!

Not sure on calories as there would be a lot of guessing. I do know that it's below my limit, so yey.

Exercise: None

Exercise so far this week: 1 hour, 15 minutes (75 minutes)

Challenge: Completed!
 
Sorry about not posting yesterday, something weird happened to my computer. Well, here is Tuesday's list.

Grits with cheese for breakfast - an icey pop as a snack (countered by grits)
2 Eggo Blueberry Waffles
A little over 6inches of my footlong subway sandwhich..
Not even a full cup of soda and two bottles of water..

Exercise - about 3 and a half hours.

Challenge met for Tuesday ^_^..
 
Today was not my best day ever.

Calories:
No idea because of the Chinese. Mmmmmmm.

Ham sandwhich ( there was miracle whip i admit it omg i love that stuff even if it is calories galore)
3 tacos light cheese no salsa

maple and brown sugar oatmeal 320 calories + milk
medium salad , roasted garlic and cheese salad dressing
1 peice chicken breast cooked in various spices
lots of water

excercise : 30 mins weights lifting ( too hot to do more or anything more exhausting than lifting dumbells and pop bottles filled with water)

ddr: 7/10 songs completed ( my feet are startign to hate nearly trippign over themselves on standard and i had to set the game to non fail mode. i complete the song but i never have a good score)

I have alot of endurance...no matter how little sleep I get I can always find energy to do what needs to be done.

Hey guys, sorry I didn't post yesterday... I got a new job, and I've been so tired after work.

Wednesday - Sorry, I forgot what I ate, but I know I met my challenge for food, as I have a sheet with tally marks under certain categories... I know my soda to water countering has been good, as I drink a lot of water at work and home...

Wednesday Exercise - 2 hrs 45mins...

Thursday - Fried bologna for breakfast, Mashed potatoes for lunch... Something else through out the day, and a Subway chicken sub for dinner... I've had a LOT to drink today... I drank a good amount of Soda at work, but I drank a lot of water at home to counter...

Thursday Exercise - 3hrs 20mins... I am sore, but thats because somehow I bruised my ankle (In my sleep) and I was limping while doing everything..

I'll try to post in on time from now on, but I'm the Closer (I lock up the store at night), so I don't get out till 11PM or 12AM sometimes. I'll also try to remember to write down what I eat... I've just been having the 'As long as I eat healthy and keep on my challenges, I'll be fine..' sorta attitude.. I'll try better :blush5:...

Britta Im glad to see you posting:) Is the b/f there ?
He hasn't shown up. Long story. But I'm so busy with moving and whatnot, and internet isn't great here at the moment so it's harder to get on. I also got a new job and have just started that so I've been running around with my head cut off. Basically, I don't even remember what I eat half the time.

Today

Lunch:
Went to perkins
Half order of chimis
Half a quesidilla

Snack:
Mini poppyseed muffin

Dinner:
Mini poppyseed muffin
Two slices cheese
Banana

All challenges still on track. I got some exercise in yesterday.

Ok Friday...sry guys, was busy all day yesturday, Fridays are my go non stop days...till I literally crash!!!I work till 10am and then I go to my weight watchers meeting and then for lunch and off to play tennis and then to a friends for dinner and scrabble with my granny and kids.

Yay... I still kept up to my challenges even though I wasn't feeling good... I'm glad to read over that Britta was able to do this weeks challenge with us ^_^... YAY, I would have missed you Britta..

I won't be able to post my weight till a little bit, I'm not home right now, and there is no scale at my BF's house.
 
My challeneges were met...today was fiber and affirmation...

hhhmmm, lol...hhhmmm


I am positive that I am going to continue loosing weight and that I might have this figured out. LOL...
