Im takin my chances and updating later tonight...I read in the thread that nothign can be done till tomorrow or mon...I dont have time to add up all my exercise mins I will put down what I knwo for sure for now...

* waves meekly* i am so sorry i dissapeared for half of last week. long story short ( logn story will probably make it into my journal tonight) there was mucho sickness and pain i could not avoid. provided i don't die of the slime drippign down my throat atm i will live to log in every day this week and report my results.

Things have bene pretty stressful around here...It isnt even worth going into detail...i had another run in with the asshole that boards with me, this time he seeked me out and I think he was looking for a fight...it wasnt good at all and the end result was him putitng me down, calling me names and yelling and screaming at me in front of my 4 year old....

I also went in on Sat for an emergancey root canal...the first step anyway...got my roots drained...I cant really eat in general, Im not allowed to eat on the side withthe temp filling and the side without the temp filling, I am missing two moluars, LOL!!! I have also just been eating less in general and Im not really very hungry lately...

The scale is moving I tell you...I think it is a combo of both...been stressed, learign and only eating to feed myself , which is all i have had time for lately...

 
Hey guys, sorry yesterday my computer was down...

Monday - I ate a six inch subway sandwich throughout the day, drank a little soda and some water... I had a bad day, I wasn't feeling too good... I did have about 1hr 45mins exercise though, that was good.

Today - I ate potato cubes and bacon for breakfast, had a foot long chicken subway throughout the day, and I had an ice cream cone for dessert & a little soda throughout the day... about 45mins of walking before the movie I went to see... ^_^ I did a little better today than yesterday ^_^...

I try to make sure my computer is better for tomorrow, I'm going to try to do better on food and drink too...

Power got turned off yesterday, so we had to go stay somewhere else last night. Ughhhh so frustrating.

2 porkchops with mushroom gravy ( which is really just cream of mushroom soup baked with them while they cook)

sesame bagle with cheeze whiz ( not happy about that part but was out of PB and really didn't want jam or butter)

excercise : none.


heat is still trying to kill me here. i feel drained physically and it leads to swift emotional drianing as well.
 
Hey guys.. Today was a kinda bleh day.. I was called in early for work and fell asleep not even 30mins after getting home.. I got up just to post this ^_^ Just for you guys..

Food - Breakfast - Sausage and potato cubes
Lunch/Dinner - A foot long Roasted Chicken subway sandwich spread throughout lunch and dinner... I had a little bit of soda and a equal amount of water... I had two subway cookies (healthier than normal ones) as dessert.. ^_^

Exercise - 75mins of exercise - mostly fast paced movements and twist & turn stretches ^_^ Some toe touching and squatting thrown in...

This weekend will be extremely exercise-full and tiresome.. ^_^

For my girls bdays...They are both in July and 12 days apart, I bought them a trampoline:DIt is a dual gift with dual purposes. The oldest and her friends can hang out on it and such and the youngest and I can use it for exercise. It is a bit outt amy comfort zone and if it belonged to any but us I wouldnt use it, however it is ours and I go on it...My youngest loves it and I am enjoying it as well!!!

Im weightin in at 231, Im sure I would be done more, however, I ate fast all week once a day and have my period, so obviously im retaining water, LOL!!!

I have a canker sore, it is making me want to kill people. Please kill me instead? This week was not my best but I am planning ahead more and actually getting things done which helps motivate me to be more responsible

I am soooooooo sunburned. I went floating on the river with a friend today.. it's about a 2 and a half or 3 hour float trip. I wore spft 50, yet I still look like a tomato.

Anywho, I should be SET on the challenge for this week. Whenever I try to drink water, I aim to do 100 oz, which is a little more than I need for the challenge.

Breakfast:

Lunch/dinner:
Pickle barrel sandwich.
(No idea how many cals those have in them)

Exercise: None really. I paddled in the water a lot, haha.
