1/2 hamburger helper.

porkchops and rice
exercise:45 mins mixed aerobics.


thursday
2 pieces 100% wholewheat bread and butter
macaroni and cheese
excercise: 30 mins weights.


Friday
2 hamburger patties
1 slice cheese pizza
exercise: 45 mins walking/jogging

Had a long week here very emotionally trying. on the bright side i went to a baseball game friday which was fun.

total excerise time 225.
