Well, I finished my water easily. I've done my exercise, I think about 2 hours of exercise.. ^.^ Boyfriend kept me on track for that..

I kind of splurged on food.. Two pieces of sausage for breakfast, some home made popcorn chicken, some oatmeal, a small bag of Reese's and right now I'm munching on a bagel and cream cheese...

Well my dear you do need to eat :)! It appears you really don't eat much...Im glad to see you ate more today:)!!!
 
Well, today I only got 30 minutes of exercise, buts thats still good, so far I total of 420 minutes of exercise... Hehehe..

I didn't eat much today, eee... A bagel and cream cheese, a big piece of pizza from the freezer, and a fried bologna sandwich..

I drank all my water for the day, Yay!

1 cup of rice
1 cup of carrots

Half my water so far...dont think Im gonna make it

No exercise today...worked all night and stayed up all day with my youngest - had to skip yoga as I worked overtime and we went to parachute class...had a 2 hour nap from 3 - 5 so not interested in physical activity today - lol...going to work will be a chore in itself...maybe I will exercise at work tonight...

35.5 points used today...im aloud 33...so over by 2.5

Wow Relly, you've been eating so healthy! Rather a larger quantity of healthy stuff than a lil bit of over-processed unhealthy stuff. Of course we do need to throw in some nice JUNK every once in a while. I had a 1/2 york peppermint patty yesterday, 2 cookies and 1 serving of chips. But other than that I've been eating very healthy while visiting my sister, and not too much at all. Mostly sandwiches on whole grain bread and lots of fruit. I did splurge on a few beers and some fish sandwiches, and a huge breakfast at the Hilton the other day while spending the night in Clearwater Beach, FL.

So now that I'm back at my sister's I've been making sure to get in my exercise for the challenge. I jogged 10 minutes yesterday and walked 50 minutes, and today I've already jogged 10 minutes and walked 20 minutes. I plan to do 10 minutes of ab exercises and another 20 minutes of walking before the day is out.
 
Well, I drank my 4 & 1/2 bottles of water I needed today, hope I can keep on that...

I didn't eat too much, I had home made roasted chicken for dinner... Oh, a small breakfast sandwich, egg bacon and toast... and a small sandwich at work...

I got my exercise for 20 minutes in the morning chasing kittens and 3 & 1/2 hours of exercise at work, running back and forth from the kitchen to the freezer & walk in, and back, lifting and moving heavy boxes...

I hope this all counts... ^.^ Yay! for day 1!

I'm not sure this does count as exercise so perhaps you could check in the other thread since you dont want to find out it doesn't count after the week is out. The reason it may not count is because the whole point about losing weight with this challenge is that you are adding exercise to your currently existing routine. So for example I walk about 1.5 miles a day walking to and from work, and the rest of the time I chase a 2 year old around, but I dont count that because I do that all the time and it does nothing for my weight. The walking would count though I dont add it in. Basically you need to be either lifting weights or doing exercises with your body weight as resistance or your heart rate should be up much higher than usual doing some continued non-stop form of cardio. Maybe you're doing that in your normal day and that's cool, but it probably wont help your weight if you've always done this routine.

Thanks, I'll check, since it is new to my daily routine, we just got the kittens, I don't think work counts, so I'll check that too.

Hey KS, if your heartrate is up there and you are keeping it elevated for at least 10 to 15 minutes while chasing the kittens, then that could definitely count as exercise.
 
Well, today I didn't get any exercise, I feel so down, but I did finish all my water, plus extra. I ate oatmeal, a bagel and cream cheese, um, bagel bite pizza, and now I'm eating meatloaf (no onions) and a snack of a kit kat.

I'm hoping to keep up my exercise, so that I can keep on heading to my goal... So far I've been loosing inches, which has been my biggest goal.

That is awesome - good for you - loosing inches is just as good as weight loss it proves you are doing something and making progress :)!!!
 
Today May 29th

Special K with milk
english muffin
oatmeal with apple
2 chicken burger patties
1 small twisted frosty
a&w rootbeer (can)
chocolate whoopers

All my water just squeeked it in. Like right before midnight - LOL!

I used up 37.5 points today - damn I thought I did so good but then I forgot abt my milk in my cereal and the english muffin I ate this morning...oh well...I have flex points and exercise points so no biggy! I earned 15 activity [oints today.

So im very proud of myself. Yesturday I got like 2 hrs sleep and had worked the night before...the day before that ig to like 3 hours sleep after working all night long. Plus ive been working overtime this week. Anyhow - this morning after work \i went to the tennis courts and played for 75mins on my own against the backboard...my personal best. I guess playing tennis a cpl times a week is helping out.

Im also going to go back to water areobics...and try to make a point of walking agian int he evenings. Water areobics - 3 times a week...tennis twice a week and walking in the evenings.

Food was good - low in points but also just had a wendy's flurry thing as \i wanted a treat and new \i could afford one !!!

MissBlonde, I am on vacation and do not have access to a scale. I will return home tomorrow night and will need to post my weight on Sunday morning. Hope that is OK, but that's the best I can do.

I didn't eat much today, to busy at work, but I got the time to eat a big sandwich (fast food from Sonic, but what ever, the grease and stuff makes up what I burned and more for today) and I had a fried bologna sandwich for breakfast, I think a great weekly challenge for me would be to eat more, LOL.

Yay for the water week being over with. :party:
 
Hi everyone, sorry not keeping up with the food stuff this week, it has been difficult this week and things should be just fine as the move out and all is complete! Onward:

Friday had patients at work and it was rather chaotic, little time to eat, but claiming 30 mins as exercise from the 10 hours I ran.

Food:
low sodium v8 80 cals
fiber one bar 140 cals
8 mini pieces of snickers candy
pudding cup
beef stew with biscuit
spanish rice
 
K, well today I snacked on tater tots, fries, and some chicken at work. I didn't get to eat breakfast, cause I had to get to work as soon as I got up. I had three different servings of oranges and some tomatoes at work. I treated myself an Ice cream cone just now, and heh, now I'm eating a ham and cheese sandwich. Oh and I'm still drinking water, I had two 20oz bottles today.

I only got about an hour of exercise, most of it at work, like 15 to 20 minutes at home. I didn't get much done because a box, I think 10-15lbs, in the walk-in fell on my shoulder. Somebody didn't move the new box to the edge of the shelf, and it being on the top I had to move it with my fingertips (no ladders -.-) It slipped and fell on my shoulder. Maybe I should have had my manager-co-cook-today help me get the box, he's like 6 ft... Oh well.
 
OMG, I had a BAD eating day yesterday. Wanna laugh? Here's what I had:

*2 slices of thin crust leftover Dominos pizza (w/ ham, onion, green pepper)
*bacon, egg white, cheese on roll
*Junior Mints (pak)
*fresh Tuna Burger grilled, order french fries, green salad w/ dressing on side, 4 small banana muffins w 1 tbl butter (this restaurant meal was so filling!)
*Ben & Jerry's small mint chocolate chip ice cream (shared w/ baby)

Aside from walking around pushing the stroller (probably walked about about a mile) and going to the park following the baby around, I got no exercise. Today I really need to get to the gym after last week's vacation.

I had not seen the bonus of 3 servings fruits and veggies so I've already screwed that up. I only got about 2 yesterday. I will play along the rest of the week now, but I dont think you get any points if you miss any days. Sorry..

How's everyone else on the team doing?

Heya C - no worries - I have eaten badly both Sat and Sun - I just haven't had the time or energy to post - I will at some point today...I didnt get all my servings in yesturday either - Today Im going to buy fruits and veggies...
