UGH!! The page timed out and I lost my whole post that I just made :(

Let's keep the posts coming people, we're last place right now! And the bonuses this week are easy to get!

This morning weight was 202.5. Blech.

Breakfast:
Serving oatmeal
Half tablespoon brown sugar
One cup strawberries

Lunch:
Sandwich - Two pieces multi grain bread, mayo, lettuce, cheese, salami

Snack:
Two cups cherries

Dinner:
YUM. I made a tuna barley casserole tonight! It mainly had barley, tuna, pinto beans, and some spices.

Evening snack that I haven't had yet:
Strawberries, applesauce.

Calories: 2047 (Including the not yet eaten snack.)

Exercise: 20 minutes cybex elliptical thingy, 35 minutes weights, 20 minutes bike. :)

Exercise so far this week: 2 hours 55 minutes!

Fiber: 32 grams. (And I went and bought high fiber cereal this morning for easier fiber tomorrow!!!)

I have a good taste in music. Mon 6/9

*BIG SIGHS* Im loosing my motivation people...

It has been raining for at least a week straight...I cant play tennis due to the horrible weather...My place is still in sambles due to the fire I had in my house abt 6 -7 weeks ago...nothign has been typical and I cant even exercise in my house:(...all I did yesturday and today was eat...I am unmotivated and ready to quit which surprizes me to say and hear that but that is just where I have been...Im even thinking abt giving up on trying to loose as all it is doing is discouraging me:(

I will post my disquisting food menus later on...with my positive self talk ha ha ha!
 
Heya Cinderelly. What's your actual name by the way? I hear you on the rain. It's been non-stop rain, thunder, lightning, and clouds in Montana too. The motivation goes out the window.. where the sunshine isn't! There's absolutely no way you can exercise inside? Have you ever thought of getting an exercise tape or just a back up routine that doesn't use equipment so that you can get at least 15 minutes in or something when the bad days happen?

You've come such a long way. I look forward to see another post from you with your GOOD COMMENT FOR THE DAY!!! You can keep going. Bad days happen, bad weeks happen, but you can get through it and have a good week next week! All it takes is a time or two back exercising to make you remember how good it makes you feel :)

Message me if you wanna chat, complain about weather, or anything at all. I should be on and off the forum tonight, but I promise to write back :)

Thanx Hun - Im just having a bad day I guess, more like a bad few days...I exercised fri, sat and sun just not today...I physically cant exercise at home at the moment. The romote to my dvd/tv combo is in one of the 50 boxes of household effects we have for me to go through. I cant use any dvds without it. My room is stuffed with boxes and a new king sized bed so I have no space to exercise and cant do to the stupid tv...We literaly have no space...only our bedroom is useable...and it has bene liek this for like 7 weeks I beleive!!!im just having a melt down....LOL...This week my goal is to start exercising at work again when im working my nights...tomorrow we are playing tennis rain or shine...which we usually do but last tues just didnt work out and this Fri I was absolutly exhausted nad had other obligations and today was just way too yucky! Tomorrow though for sure no matter how hard it is pouring!!!

Not a problem. I'm glad you are getting out tomorrow rain or shine. And I bet putting a box or two away a day would be exercise in itself! Trust me... I've been going through some similar moving. Somehow, it's easier to just throw things on the floor and dig through to find what I need than to put things where they belong :D hehe.

I know - I was on before but had some issues so restarted with a new name, my previous name was twolilangels ie my girls and then I thought cinderelly was good as it was close to my real name - lol and when I taught kids they always called me cinderella
 
K, sorry fell asleep before I could post. Still a little wiped out from the wedding I went to Saturday.

I had a bowl of Pinto beans (almost 35 grams of fiber itself) for breakfast, I had grapes throughout the day, a few packs of those cheese and sticks (yummy little snack) around the day. For lunch I had a Checkers chicken strip sandwich meal, and I had some mozzarella cheese sticks. For dinner I didn't eat much, just a little watermelon, was to tired to eat more than that.

I drank about two small cups of soda, and a few of those small juice bottles with the twist off tops.


6/9 - I have a nice smile.
 
That must have been a big bowl of beans! It would have had to be about three cups to be that much fiber, wow. And grapes are an awesome snack, go you! Try to eat more at dinner, it'll give you energy!
 
Ok ladies - sry, I havent been updating been battlign self doubt and so on...LOL

So - I posted my menu last on sat and I think since we dont need to post on sat I wont bother fiishing it, it was a good eating day for me better than my last month of sats anyway...

UGH. I have been so bad today :( I need to get seriously smacked upside the head.

Weight this morning 202.

Soooo work had me go in today at 10:30. They said they would use me until 1. I ended up staying until 4 and since I only had a bowl of cereal with strawberries and took nothing to work, then I was soooo hungry by the time I got out. I didn't have time to go home because I had to go to the doctor, so I bought Wendy's :( UGH. That was my screw up for the week and I'm going to be MUCH better now. Anywayyyy.

Breakfast:
Cereal. This new awesome stuff I got with 10 grams of fiber in it!
1/4 cup milk
Strawberries

Late lunch:
Wendy's fuck up. Urgh.

Snack:
Cherries

Dinner:
Sandwich... bread, cheese, salami

Snack for after workout:
Grapefruit half

Calories: 2094. Even with the Wendy's.. I am going to be within my calorie goals. It's more that my body feels icky now than I went way outside my ranges.

Exercise: Didn't happen. Stomach was hurting so bad from cramps and the HORRIBLE FOR ME MEAL earlier today.

Exercise so far this week: 2 hours 55 minutes.

Fiber: 32 grams

I have good skin, although it is very fair. Tues 6/10

I am proud of myself today! I came home from work after working my overnight shift and did my 20 min Walk and Jog dvd with Lesile Sansone...I alsom played 1.5 hours of tennis and I have pulled myself outta my bad funk.
 
Sorry about not posting last night. I had a really really REALLY bad night, got into a fight with somebody close to me. So I'll post for yesterday now.

I had fried potato cubes and bacon for breakfast...I had a bowl of oatmeal for lunch, and two bowls of Mac & Cheese with hot dog pieces for dinner. It was a bad day really.

I did get about an hour of exercise in for the day.


6/10 - I realized I make all those around me happy, as long as I am happy with myself.. which makes me happy with myself. ^.^
 
Hey, sorry guys, yesterday and today were very bad for me... Very depressed.

I ate a bit of sausage and fried potato cubes for breakfast, I then had a fried bologna later.. Then I had two small slices of frozen pizza (obviously thrown in the oven first ^.^).

I drank a little soda, three (eeh) cups I think, and a glass of milk.

No exercise today, sorry. Tomorrow I'll be good though. lots of exercise, going to play laser tag with some friends.

6/11 - I have really cute facial features.

Haha! I was like.. really tired and thirsty so I duggggg into the fruit.

I totally took my gym clothes into work expecting to go after... however I ended up working 4 hours longer than I meant to. Soooo, 8 hours of work which is basically walking around with customers.. but no actual exercise

Calories: 1792.

Exercise: None today

I choose to sleep all day cuz I could...and then after taking my youngest on a walk and to the park , I was lazy LOL...

Today I took care of myself and it felt great. I choose to sleep all day because I could and I need to do to workign nights.

Today was a me day and I put myself first!
