Okay, well, I drank two bottles of water, I ate a banana, a fried bologna sandwich, a ham sandwich. I drank a little soda with dinner (which I'm still eating)... Home made tacos. With beans and olives. So I had one fruit and two veggies. Yay, bonus for the day. So far keeping on track with this one too. I think I'm gonna go up to three bottles of water a day, one less than for the challenge, but four bottles made me feel floaty... Plus I think I'm addicted to water. Only reason I drank soda is there was about a 6th of the liter left, and I didn't feel like pouring anything... LOL I swear, Saturday I could have had anything, I would always go for water first.
Oh yeah... uh I did Belly Dancing, some Taebo, and some regular dancing to faster upbeat (some scary like 'Bitches' by Mindless Self Indulgence) songs that had a better beat to move to... uh, oh long sessions of stretching too... I think a total of 105 minutes, maybe 120 minutes.
