Okay, well, I drank two bottles of water, I ate a banana, a fried bologna sandwich, a ham sandwich. I drank a little soda with dinner (which I'm still eating)... Home made tacos. With beans and olives. So I had one fruit and two veggies. Yay, bonus for the day. So far keeping on track with this one too. I think I'm gonna go up to three bottles of water a day, one less than for the challenge, but four bottles made me feel floaty... Plus I think I'm addicted to water. Only reason I drank soda is there was about a 6th of the liter left, and I didn't feel like pouring anything... LOL I swear, Saturday I could have had anything, I would always go for water first.

Oh yeah... uh I did Belly Dancing, some Taebo, and some regular dancing to faster upbeat (some scary like 'Bitches' by Mindless Self Indulgence) songs that had a better beat to move to... uh, oh long sessions of stretching too... I think a total of 105 minutes, maybe 120 minutes.
 
Kawaii - I am the same - always drink water usually first choice, when I do have soda it is for the sugar cuz Im exhausted...

I am sorry I haven't updated my food these last cpl of days - I will do that now...

I joined November of last year, did really well for a month, then had a horrible knee surgery. It was actually more like 3 surgeries in one. After my surgery, I kept the weight off for a few weeks, but as I couldn't so much as walk across campus for a couple months, it crept back on, I lost track of what I was eating again, and I am finally sick of it and ready for another go. My first starting weight was 200, but I'm at 205 right now and I'm going to work my butt off. It's been hard starting again, and I think this contest is exactly what I need right now. I met my physical therapist at my gym (a nice 24 hour place that just opened) and she has given me a program that is safe with my knee, and I can do full body workouts for the most part now. I'm excited to be going back. So that you guys known, my workouts will consist of 20 minutes on a cybex, some weights, then 20 minutes on a bike. It ends up being about an hour and a half, give or take depending on the weights for that day. I look forward to coming back in here on Saturday and getting knee deep into this contest.
 
A little late on my entry today, but still good. I had two bottles of water, a can of sprite, cheese sticks, fries from the oven. A cup of mandarin oranges, two baked potatoes, and I think that is it. I got a little over two hours of exercise, hehe. Really, really tired from that. Challenge and exercise complete for the day.

KS, may I say you really need to add in some protein and work on eating more nutritiously? No offense meant..

I've done well monday and tuesday. Here's what I had:

monday:

*2 small fresh rolls w/ butter
*romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, black beans, cheese, guacemole, pico de gallo (onions/tomato), cilantro
*yogurt
*broiled pork chop/white rice
*3 large cups tea w/ 6 creamers, water

tuesday:

*2 small fresh rolls w/ butter
*romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, black beans, cheese, guacemole, pico de gallo (onions/tomato), cilantro
*sandwich with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato on roll; small bag potato chips
*3 large cups tea w/ 6 creamers, water

I got too busy at work to go to the gym on monday, but yesterday I went for an hour and did mostly free weights, with 15 minutes on the stairmaster.

The scale was down a 1/2 pound since Sat and I really hope that lasts through weigh-in.

TY, I'm going to try and do that, its just kinda hard right now. We mainly have little stuff, since I'm really the only one working right now, and I get 6.79/hr, for 12 hrs a week right now, my manager said that right now sales are down, so he has work everybody less... even though like 7 people have 20 or more hrs a week... *grumble* So, I'll try to keep it up. Saturday will be great, Sunday too, leftovers. Wedding BBQ on Saturday for my cousin. YAY!

Ok, I've had a fried bologna, a serving of mandarin oranges, a fried chicken sandwich, a nice, yummy serving of olives, a small ice cream sandwich, mmm, so bad, but good... Now, I'm about to sit down for dinner with my mom. Yummy! Chicken and Dumplings, with peas, probably corn, too.. Who knows, we'll probably add something else. I'll update when I'm done eating.

Wow, I did two hours of dancing, and then half an hour of cool down stretch exercise. Legs still sore from dancing.. I'm going to try and get in 20mins of Tae Bo before I sleep, to relax with, let you know on this before I sleep.

Oh, I work till close Friday, so I won't get my post in until a little after midnight, I'll try and get home early, since I'll have to leave for the wedding at like 8 AM Sat, anyway.

K, sorry. Last night I had peas with the Chicken & Dumplings, but ate an orange later, no Tae Bo.

K, Today. 2 hours of exercise, Yay! Well, I kind of binged, but not too bad. I ate two crispy chickens from Wendy's and then a double quarter pounder later on at McD's... I know, not the best... I had two small cups of soda, and two bottles of water.

For the Fruit/Veggies challenge - serving of pickles, two servings of grapes, and a serving of mandarin oranges... 4 servings... I think I'll try more veggies tomorrow, not too big on them, but I'll try them. ^.^

I'm hoping to start eating better, its just a little hard... And my weight went up a little, but my boyfriend said I look a little smaller, but with more muscle in my legs and arms, so I'm hoping its muscle weight that I'm gaining.

Hehe. Maybe, well I've lost an inch from my hips, so at least it, whatever it it, is not settling there. ^.^

And its fine, I understand bad weeks... It happens to everyone.
 
Hi girls. Everyone seems to be doing very well. I'm down 2.6#s this week. Didn't do well on the fruit/veggie challenge as I forgot to look for the new challenge. Will try to get better at posting this week, need to get back on my routine things.

Ok today, got 20mins of exercise playing with a small Husky puppy and like 45mins exercise at work as it was more lifting today than usual.

I ate a serving of Honeydew, a serving of mandarin oranges, a serving of pickles, and a piece of watermelon for my fruits/veggies.

I ate a bean burrito before work and I ate an order of fries and tots at work, and I'm having a chicken sandwich now, mmm.

I had quite a bit of sprite, but I'm drinking a bottle of water now, so at least getting some water.

Hey guys! My first official day as part of the team.

Weight this morning was 202.

Breakfast:

One egg, scrambled.
One piece of toast,
Banana.

Lunch:

Mall pretzel with cheese.. no salt.
Banana.

later lunch.. after work with real food.

Black beans.
Pear.
Lima beans.

Eating multiple beans is weird haha. I mainly did this to boost my fiber for the day.

Dinner:

Ate out at Perkins. Eek... gotta hate that social eating thing, but it's fairly impossible to get away from. I had a ceasar salad with the dressing on the side...although it probably wasn't extremely great for me none the less. Better than a burger was my reasoning, though. We also had an appetizer of mini chimis. I ate two with ranch dressing for dip.

Didn't count calories today as I have no idea of how much the Perkins was.

Movie food:

Four of those orange candy slice things. No idea of nutrition on them.

GO SEE KUNG FU PANDA. IT'S FREAKING FUNNY!!!!!

Exercise: Went on an hour long walk with my doggy. We took our time on a 1 mile trail that we went both ways on. Twas fun. Then worked for 9ish hours.

Fiber: About 36/37 grams.
I did really well at work today and brightened a lot of people's days. Sat - 6/7

Hi Everyone. I'm not going to be around much this week. My city is having major flooding. With the expected weather still coming they are moving the patients from my hospital campus to our main area 3 miles into town. We CAN'T use any water, no flushing either. So between that, who knows where I'll be working, and the flooding I'm going to go work on more now I'm begging off for the week.

Alright. So today was a pretty good day.

Morning weight was 204 :(

I woke up late (around 11) so I had breakfast for lunch, snacked on fruit in the afternoon, then some dinner.

Lunch:
2 eggs scrambled no butter
2 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread
1 banana

Snacking included:
Pear
Cherries
Strawberries

Dinner:
Ribs
Scalloped potatoes
Cherries

Calories: 1717. I'll probably have something as a snack later to get up to 1800.

Exercise: 20 minutes cybex. 20 minute walk with my dog.

Total exercise so far this week: 1 hour 40 minutes.

Fiber: 32 grams.

I have really nice hair.. when I style it! Haha. Sun - 6/8

ok, sorry about not posting for Sunday, I'll do two different ones today, one now for Sunday, one later on for today.

I had my exercise... 20mins moving boxes from the freezer to the kitchen. Three 30lb boxes and a 36lb box, most of them heavier than that as they were frozen.

I had a fried bologna sandwich for breakfast, than at work I had about 2 servings of fries and maybe about 3 servings of tots, and a cheeseburger (throughout 6hrs for all the stuff at work). When I got home I had a bowl of pinto beans. So I had somewhere around 35-40 grams of fiber yesterday.

6/8 - I was very helpful to my coworkers, I helped with things when I wasn't cooking.
