1ª vuelta:

-Curl femoral: 3x15x50kg
-Gemelo sentado 3x15x40kg
-Press banca 3x15x43kg
-Remo polea baja agarre cerrado 3x15x40kg
-Elevaciones laterales 3x15x7.5kg
-Curl alterno 2x15x7.5kg
-Extensiones triceps 2x15x30kg
-Abdominales en polea alta 2x25x60kg
y 2ª vuelta, lo mismo bajando las series
-Prensa: 2x15x120kg
-Curl femoral: 2x15x50kg
-Gemelo sentado 2x15x40kg
-Press banca 2x15x43kg
-Remo polea baja agarre cerrado 2x15x40kg
