Yeah, there's progress there. My Deadlifting was dropping before I started this and I was lifting abou 308 for 3 reps, that's now up to 336. My squat has also gained something like 20lbs and my bench has increased a little
At the moment I'm still not eating as much as I should be while training like this, I think I counted around 4,500 calories yesterday and I should be taking in 5,000 minimum or I'll start getting tired
I can't remember all my lifts today, I do remember doing 3x10@ 154 for the one armed pulls and 3x10 @ 121 for the one armed chest press. My additional lift was DB shrugs using the 40kgs @ 3x10 and I did this static bike thing for intervals at lunch time
My whole body aches now, been a good week for training I think, I have a lot of growing planned for the weekend
My girlfriends waters broke this morning, she still isn't properly into labour yet but if the pushing hasn't started by tomorrow morning then she'll be enduced anyway so tomorrow there should be another version of me crawling around looking for boobs
My little boy Benjamin is here at last (being held by my, not so little anymore, girl Eleanor), it was a bit frantic in the end as delivery was so fast. He arrive 7 minutes after we got to Hospital so he was born in A&E as the nurses didn't we had time to get to delivery suite
Yeah, didn't get much sleep last night, i haven't eaten much for a couple of days either. I'm gonna have to go to an all you can eat buffet and get a whole weeks calories in one meal I think
