Sorry for not posting todays training yet, will try to do that tonight, I was squating 352lbs or 3 reps with relative ease though which was cool and 308 for 10 reps
 
Phew, just got a deal in at work, I needed that badly to take a bit of heat off me. I hate working in sales

There's a slow trickle so she isn't sure if they've broken yet, she's making an appointment to see the maternity ward later so I'm hanging on a bit. I don't want to start paternity leave before the baby is here!!

and when the water breaks isn't that something you're usually sure of? I mean, water breaks, jump in the car, woman moaning, man stressing, swearing at everyone cutting him off in traffic, etc, etc.. or have I been watching television again?
 
False alarm yesterday, spent all afternoon in a delivery suite with doctors looking up my girlfriend and strapping monitors to her stomach to see if her waters had actually broken. They still couldn’t decide so are scanning her today

I’m feeling good about my progress although my weight has completely stalled at 225, the fact I only managed about 2,000 Kcals yesterday didn’t help either

With our first it was like that but not every labour is the same. The doctors think that maybe the waters broke but the baby's head is plugging the gap because he's very low and in position

I just did a bit of lifting, nothing specific so won't post weights and stuff but I did manage to OH press 154lbs a few times which is a first. I even failed that third rep but tried again and got it. I've never managed a rep after failing before, the bar went up very slowly though

Iv done that a few times, i think its all to do with mentality. Sometimes ill fail a last rep becasue im less focused. Then ill just ROAR and f**king push the bar up and get it out :)

Is that 154lbs in triples? I think i do 132's in triples but i no i can do more. I think 154 would be too much yet though. Good lifting big lad ;)
 
^^^I did 154 for 2 and then 1 with 1 failure, I didn't think I'd be able to do triples but sometimes forcing change means taking a chance on a weight you might not be able to handle :)

My damn alarm didn't go off this morning! I've double checked it and it should have gone off!
My Friday training is pretty short though so should easily be able to fit it into my lunch break alongside the usual PM stuff

All three of mine were surgically extracted as well.

Karky, you may have been watching too much tv, but yes, when the water breaks, all hell breaks loose too because that young'un is on the way!
