and when the water breaks isn't that something you're usually sure of? I mean, water breaks, jump in the car, woman moaning, man stressing, swearing at everyone cutting him off in traffic, etc, etc.. or have I been watching television again?

I just did a bit of lifting, nothing specific so won't post weights and stuff but I did manage to OH press 154lbs a few times which is a first. I even failed that third rep but tried again and got it. I've never managed a rep after failing before, the bar went up very slowly though
