Iv`e just had a quick read through your thread (sorry if youv`e already answered this) but why did you stop cutting and do a total flip into a 300lb bulk???
And in your next cut what weight are you looking for???
I`m only asking because im looking at a 6 month bulk starting in september to about 230lbs and im worried whether i can carry the weight(5ft9-10)
so how the hell will you manage to carry yours (6ft 2)

I was sitting at 230 at 5'8". I gained it a bit too fast and I body didn't have enough time to really get used to the weight so I was having trouble sleeping (snoring, breathing, etc). I've done the slow road to 220 with no problems before.

Damn, it's been about 9 days since my girlfriend was put 'out of action' and I'm getting so frustrated I'm going to start doing damage to furniture soon
Right now I'm just holding DB's by the handle but what I'm supposed to be doing is holding them at the ends. Problem is that the DB's at my gym are very wide so I can't pick them up at all by the weighted end so I'll have to wait until I find some that I can do that with

Did the Intervals thing on the treadmill again, it's bloody tough but I'm going to vary it up next week and use the bikes as running on a treadmill bores me to death
Oh, also did 3x10 ATG squats @ 220lbs because I felt like pushing my depth a little. Was pleased with the results too, soon I'll be able to charge to gym for cleaning their floor
CCR i think u r doing 2 much mate during the week, why don't you try to do your week's workouts in 3 days? Give your body time to recover or else you will find out what overtraining is...Less is more my friend, less is more...
