WTF Is Overtraining?

Yeah, it has suffered recently but I've never been able to rep at anywhere close to my 1rm, I get very light headed and dizzy when I rep heavy on deads or OH presses which affects my performance

I had real trouble getting the calories in yesterday, I think I only got about 4,000. It was the evening that let me down, I had too much family stuff to do then I was asleep by 10 so didn't have much chance to eat
 
NBS Does have a point actually.

Big C, if you have a spare 2 minutes would you mind putting down what you eat on an average day to get all these calories in. Im verrrrrry curious!

Big C, if you have a spare 2 minutes would you mind putting down what you eat on an average day to get all these calories in. Im verrrrrry curious!

Er, no such thing as an average day but I always make sure I eat a bag of nuts (200g) which has 1,200cals and 3 meal replacements at 420cals each which make the base of my intake. I need the shakes because I have a very small stomach and can't eat much in one sitting

You did the total of sixty reps right? You can go 15 down which would increase by 65.

The most embarrassing thing ever happened on Saturday, my girlfriend found she was bleeding ‘down there’ and seeing as she’s 34 weeks pregnant we were very worried. We dropped our little girl off with my parents and rushed to hospital. She was strapped up to a machine that monitors the baby and muscle tightness to check for contractions for about 2 hours. It all seemed OK so then the doctor had to perform an internal exam (which any ladies here know is pretty horrible), there was also a student doctor observing which made it worse. Then the doctor asked if we’d had sex recently (we had) and she said that pregnant woman had sensitive skin and I’d made her cervix bleed. OMG that was such an embarrassment, especially as the doctor was so straight faced, even when she told us we couldn’t have sex for 2 weeks :mad:

We then had explaining to do to our families who were also worried, we just said that the doctor couldn’t see any obvious problem and not to worry :rofl:

Lol, she's a doctor, she'd have seen too many in her time to be impressed :)

Plus, it's kind of wierd having two women looking up at your girlfriends cervix and telling you not to have sex for a while, especially after having wasted their time for 2 hours thinking there might be a problem with the baby
