Last minute Sunday Update:

I got in 30 minutes of Bike @ 11pm! Woohoo!
Thought I was going to miss any exercise today, but I was inspired to not zero out on those points.

Sunday
Water: 3 Liters (3 pts)
Exercise: 30' Biking (1 pt)
Fruits: Pineapple, blueberry (2 pts)
Veg: Romaine, Parsnips, Tomatoes, Carrots, Potatoes and Onions. (2 pts)
Weight: Down 0.6
 
Great job Don, at getting your exercise in! I think I would have a really hard time at 11:00 pm! Are we supposed to write down our fruits and veggies? I haven't been, but that's an easy challenge for me to meet. DId anyone have a problem over Easter? I gained weight, but I knew I would. That's what comes with having kids at home and making a big dinner, etc..

Sorry I didn't update much over the long weekend but I'm back
After having my horse jump on my foot I was worried that I wouldn't get my exercise points but I did for yesterday and also all water points but only ate 2 serves of veg and 1 of fruit :( back to the grind today
 
I got the fruit/vegetables in today: onion, garlic, ginger, banana so far and I am having cucumber, carrot, spinach, apple, lemon, celery in a bit :D

Water - check

Exercise: yet to go to the gym - it is scheduled for later: 1 hr. :D

water done for today and I've had my 2 serves of veg and fruit
now all that's left is to do 1 hour of exercise, my foot is better today so should be able to handle a slow hr walk on the treadmill *fingers crossed*.

Full points for veg & fruit (banana, apple, strawberry, spinach, carrot, onion, etc.)
Full points for water (probably in the 4-5 liter range)
1 point for Exercise (I only managed a bike workout this time)

I saw everyone has updated the score sheet!! Which is pretty cool!!

Last night I ditched the gym for the track - it was great to exercise in the fresh air I heart spring :)

Thanks Tasha - lucky we have one here. I m glad i used it yesterday - it's pouring down today...

Vegetables today: celery, beans, carrot,onion, garlic (so far)

Exercise - still working on it...
 
I've been to water aerobics two days in a row so far! Really trying on the water since my points last week were so low:blush5. Let's see for fruits and veggies I've had peas, carrots, kidney beans, canneloni beans, celery, onion, tomatoes, pineapple and grapes. Keep up the good work everyone!

Exercise: Full (walking and biking)

So vegetables today: tomato, onion (more to come for dinner: salad)
Fruit: banana + blueberries, maybe some apple.

Water: half way through - will be finishing though by end of day
Exercise: DVD target toning + walking.

I've put on over a kg I'm so disappointed in myself :( I also won't be recording my weight if it shows that high sorry team :(
 
Tasha, DON'T be hard on yourself! This contest is all in fun and is supposed to be a positive thing for us. Personally, i couldn't care less how we finish as a team or how I finish as an individual in it. I chose to do it because it helps us reinforce good habits and behaviors that MAY also lead to weight loss... there's NO guaranty of that weight loss though. You have been doing GREAT at knocking down the points... just keep doing that! The weight losses will come when they come.

I am here for the support!! It's great to be on an awesome team!
It helps me staying on track (not necessarily to lose weight) - but by staying on track - I am more likely to lose weight!

OH I'm not giving up if anything its made me more determined to do even better lol
will be easier when I can exercise properly, I went for a half hour walk yesterday and my foot is feeling it today :( but i'll persevere and get if not full exercise points at least half

Sorry that your foot still hurts.
I used to do swimming - that would be a great option - if you have a pool available. Losing weight is defo much easier when you can exercise properly!
Don't worry about the points - don't hurt your foot more. x
 
It's ok Tasha! Trying is the most important part in this contest. A relatively small percentage of the points actually come from losing weight.

I got full points today! I also managed to go to two fitness classes back to back. I've done two in a day before, but it was one in the morning and one in the evening so there was a lot of recovery time.
