Weight-Loss WLF Team Challenge Team CRUISIN' FOR LOSIN'

Weight-Loss
5 liters of water (3pts) & 1/2 hour walk and 1/2 hour bike (2pts).
The exercise will be a challenge to meet each day... i need to change my schedule around to make it happen.

Yoga will be my exercise of choice tonight. I'm really pumped for it. It's my first time trying it.

I made it to the gym - did an hour on the treadmill! Woohooo max points!
I had the water too! :)
 
all good for me yesterday 30 min run followed but a 45min walk totally buggered also drank 3.75ltrs of water, ate really well to!
 
Justina, yoga was wonderful. Hard, but wonderful. I'm so relaxed right now and looser than I have been in a while.

Got in my hour of exercise and my water today!
 
Well, I'm having to work up to the water. I have one liter in each day. Tomorrow I'm going to water aerobics so should get a good hour in. I will try to exercise as much as possible, but I do have 10 kids and don't always have control of my day!:)

I almost done drinking the water! & I am doing yoga tonight for an hour. So I can claim max points again! :)
 
Well I did my hour of water aerobics, fun! I am working on drinking water. One and a half liter down... Starting not to feel well today. Some of my kids have a nasty cold virus that i was hoping to escape:(

Did half hour walk on the treadmill and half hr walk out with the dogs, also consumed over 3ltrs of water

we are all doing great, keep it up everyone no cruisin here :)

Our group will kick the other groups' asses.

I got my water points today, but needed a rest day from the exercise. I will try to exercise every other day this week though.
 
OK, I'm done! Woof!

I just did a DVD cardio (Biggest Loser Cardio) I found online and it kicked my a$$! That's the first workout that wasn't a machine that I've done in a long while. I have to say, I burn WAY more calories throwing my big haunches around than I do sitting and pedaling. I am sweating like a race horse. Oh, and I really feel like a 400 pounder right now. I feel good, but that would be embarrassing to watch.

Anyway, I'll be doing that at least 3-4 times per week, if I can. Add my walking and my cycling and I am GOOD on exercise. I may be down on water a bit, but I have a few hours left before bed, so I'll make it.

Exercise and water done for today, was a hot 37 here today in Adelaide made it very sweaty on the treadmill but was nice to finish it off with a walk with the dogs, my partner, my brother and my mum :) everyone's trying to exercise more which helps me a lot :)
 
30 mins yoga done...was a bit boring..I don't think yoga is for me...as much as I want to love it and embrace it - nope, not happening...anyway and exercise point right there.
I am also going to the gym - so will do another 60 mins...check me out, eh? :D
Still not through the water yet..but getting there.
