OK, I'm done! Woof!
I just did a DVD cardio (Biggest Loser Cardio) I found online and it kicked my a$$! That's the first workout that wasn't a machine that I've done in a long while. I have to say, I burn WAY more calories throwing my big haunches around than I do sitting and pedaling. I am sweating like a race horse. Oh, and I really feel like a 400 pounder right now. I feel good, but that would be embarrassing to watch.
Anyway, I'll be doing that at least 3-4 times per week, if I can. Add my walking and my cycling and I am GOOD on exercise. I may be down on water a bit, but I have a few hours left before bed, so I'll make it.
