Struggling today seem to be really hungry and its coming up to TTOM so cravings are quite bad today but so far I have been good but its only 12pm here, but I will do ok.
My plan for today water is half way done already and its meant to be my easy exercise day ( no running) but its much cooler here so see how I feel I will either go for another run 30 mins and walk 30 mins or just all walking
I have started to do sit-ups started at 10 and have now worked my way up to 15 will try my hardest to do 20 tonight see how I go
