Here are my tallies for the week. I missed a couple of exercise points and several fruits points, believe it or not. My weight loss would have been better, except I had that 4lb gain on Monday from Easter dinner.

Gee guys, I think I'm slowing the team down. I'm going to have to pick it up this week. Maybe if I can avoid a gain on Monday (it would be the first time in 6 weeks) I'll have a better week.

April 6th:
current weight: 387.2
lbs lost: 3.0 lbs
% lost: 0.77%
exercise points: 12 (Only a half hour on two days)
water points: 21 (full on every day)
mini-challenge points: (5x5) + (2x2) = 29 (see note below)
Note: Did I do the m/c points right? 5 pts for full days and 2 pts for days where I ate some fruit/veg, but missed getting two of each?
 
Well, I'm off to log in my points now. I did better than last week, but I didn't lose any weight, sadly.
 
I only lost .600 grams but that's good considering I couldn't do the exercise I would normally do cause of my foot so should be a great loss next week now I can get back to the running :) well done everyone keep it up

Cory we seem to be losing the same amounts!!!

Today i almost got full points. We went out and I had a Corona...- part of our anniversary celebration.
I got:
- water done
-1 hour walk on the outside track done!! in sunshine
- sit ups military style...done - my husband got on my case...he came to the gym with me to act as my personal trainer.... :p

I am sick. Yuck! I seem to have a stomach flu coming on. Right now it's just uncomfortable, but it may get worse and affect my ability to compete here for a bit... we'll see. That said, FULL points today.

1 hour walking + leg-lift ab crunch things, no sweetened drinks...just water all day.
 
Unfortunately I only got the water points today. Saturday is my cheat day and sometimes that may or may not inclue exercise. I did have one glass of sweet tea, so I didn't get any mini-challenge points. Back on the horse tomorrow.

I did over 2hrs of exercise, did sit ups - more than the minimum!, did not drink calories & I did drink 3l water!
I am claiming full points today!!!

I will have full points after sit ups! I did way more than an hour of exercise today. I helped my mom in the yard for an hour or two, then went on a hike with a friend. We probably hiked for three or four hours. Not sure how far we went. I am EXHAUSTED.
 
Thanks for the Get Wells. Still sick, but feeling a bit better. I woke at 3am and was up until 7am Sunday morning, then went back to bed. I did 30' of yoga, 30' of cycling, 25 Leg Lifts, and GET THIS.... 2 traditional men's push-ups (plus another 15 one-legged push-ups from one knee.) That may not seem like much but doing a traditional push up at 390 pounds is NO easy fete. I was stoked.

I got full points Sunday.
 
Don - good job on the push ups!! Trust me I m not better that you!! I collapse on the floor after one!!

I did an hour exercise, all the sit ups & drank the water BUT
I had champagne (anniversary) - so no extra point for that.
 
Full points today!

But I did have a Reese's easter egg that I bought on sale today. Just one.
 
Full points for me on Monday. 30' walk, 30' yoga, 30' Bike HIIT, 15 leg lifts and 3 (yes, 3!!) standard pushups. Loads of water, no other drinks... wait, I had 1 Cup Black Coffee... that's OK, right?

25 Crunches/LegLifts, 8 pushups, 1 hr Bike HIT (best yet!)
Loads of water, No sweet drinks.

I am doing ok this week - so far no loss, no gain....
I did have pizza & cookie in the weekend but i also worked my butt off! I kind of wanna see some drop.

Today full points for water & exercise.
I still have to do the situps.
