I'm a day late in tracking, but still going strong.
Only ten exercise points from me this week, next week will be better. I did lose a little over 1.5% of my weight, though, so we are off to a good start in that regard.

I don't have any 8oz glasses, but I'm gonna assume that the goal is to drink the set amount of water each day. Hmmm, about two liters a day sounds doable. More than I do now, but I've been meaning to increase it anyway.

I'm not gonna give up >:) I feel a bit better now only losing 2.2lbs but I guess that's pretty good considering I can't exercise and I'm on prednisone haha. Thanks for the support!
 
UnstopableHeart - well done on the weight loss... You lost more weight than me.

mrxian - The size of the glasses doesn't counts at all. I drink my water out of 1 litre and half litre bottles...

You are all doing great.

You will all have to keep on working hard to keep up because I am getting my maximum exercise points and water drinking points every day... :)
 
I am going to struggle a bit for the rest of this week, just broke 2 fingers so only 1/2 exercise points today, and none tomorrow.

Yikes - that sounds painful. I hope that they heal soon. You are bound to be in shock for the rest of the day. I would cut my exercise time short for that!!!

Later in the week - remember to log the non standard exercise that you do... I strongly suspect that you will do more general exercise on a bad day than many people do on a good day... You probably do so much of the lifting (that is so unique to you given your history) that you hardly consider anything else as counting... It does count!!!
 
Got a basic workout again last night. after a couple days off. It took a little to get me motivated, but i feel great.... I'm racking up the points! Really looking forward to tonights workout!
 
Sorry guys but theres 2 people that never showed up for team victory leaving them with only 5 members and 7 for the other two teams so instead of pulling someone else im gonna pull myself from team platinum to victory to try to even out the teams some... Hope u understsnd.....keep rockin!
 
I think I will be AWOL from the forum for most of the week and will probably not be getting any exercise points beyond what I already have for the week. reasons are in my diary.
 
I notice that mac5in2003 in team VICTORY has just wished her daughter JSPalmer in PLATINUM a happy 20th Birthday...

I presume that means that PLATINUM are having a party :party:
 
Yes, JSPalmer is my daughter and today is her 20th Birthday. Happy Birthday Baby Girl :party: I Love You :) We'll be partying low cal today, Oh Yeah!!! :D

My day was so crappy. The owner at my job yelled at me for not doing one little thing which ended with me in tears from my lack of sleep lol. (I get super emotional when i havent slept). Anyways came home after work slept for 2 hours, ate dinner and worked out so now Im back to my chipper self :D
Oh and I have been craving protein like its going out of style, you dont even know lol. Alls I want to eat every morning is eggs and turkey bacon. Im drooling just thinking about it lol.
 
I am sorry that your boss decided to take things out on you... He was probably having a bad day and passed it on as so many people do... I am sure that the couple of hours extra sleep would help.

Exercise was a good idea... Not just for challenge points or to help your weight loss... Exercise releases endorphins and seratonin into your brain which makes people feel good... It is a great way of cheering yourself up...

There is nothing wrong with a high protein diet...

I know a lot of people that shoot for a 1g per pound of lean body weight... People calculate it with body fat meter... For me I know that I try to shoot for 105g protein per day when I am being super controlled with my food. At the minute I am not trying to hit all my macro targets... I am hoping to get to that stage in a few weeks time...

You may not realise it but a lot of people find that they have to end up increasing their daily calories a bit to hit those targets but find that it is worth it because it boosts not only their state of health but also can help their weight loss. Naturally it is important to be mindful about the protein giving foods that you choose or the calorie and fat levels can get high... especially important to think about the saturated fat content... Your eggs and turkey bacon should be great as I am sure that you will be cooking them in a healthy way.
