Thanks Omega. It was a hard challenge to drink all that water last week, but I can definitely see the benefits so that's why I'm sticking to it ^^.

Pretty disappointed with that loss, but hopefully it's just water etc Think it's been my lowest so far, but hey it's still going down so can't complain I guess!
