I have done 5 miles on the treadmill at 4mph so that is 1hr 15 mins which more than covers me for my 2 exercise points and I have had 2 litres of water so far so I have my 2 water points too...

We are doing great.
 
Just a quick update - had my full water points today, plus 30 minutes of cardio/stretching/strength exercises, and 45 minutes of walking. Didn't do too well on my calories, but it is weekend, and I'm always keeping weekends a little more relaxed - not going overboard, but not being as strict as usual either.
 
Quick update.

Exercise: walking 60 mins on the track -check!
Water: 2l - check!
food: I had a small piece of cake & glass of champagne - anniversary :D
I think i worked them off though!
Plus my dinner is vegetable juice today - so I should be ok.

You are doing great in getting maximum challenge points...

You deserve to give yourself a little leniency with the calories (while not going overboard) after the week you have had. Lots of people would have been comfort eating all week... Feel very proud of your accomplishment. You have actually lost a lot of weight.
 
Full water and exercise through Sunday and I did a ton of exercise and came in well under calories Sat and Sun.

I've gotten my exercise and water for today, out of the way. Well, I've gotten my exercise and I have one more cup to make my quota for the water, it will be completed within the next 30mins.

I have certainly done my exercise for today (Monday) and am well on my way to getting my water done too... I will post again when I have completed it.

I am juggling my food today too to try to encourage things to move down soon...

Justina brought up a good point in regards to next weeks mini challenge. Meal replacement drinks won't count against you as long as they actually serve as a meal. No booze for dinner or soda for breakfast though. A veggie/fruit juice meal or slim fast meal won't count against you.

i was happy with scale this morning - i like seeing new numbers :)

New lower numbers are excellent news.

I slotted in an extra hour of Zumba tonight (on top of the outdoor and treadmill walking I had already done). :) I have had my 2.5 litres of water now so I am still on maximum exercise and bonus points...

I think that one or two people will be pleased about the liquid meals being allowed. I havent had soup recently but will probably be starting doing so soon...
 
okay, I have to ask about tea?

I usually have a cup of tea with breakfast and with lunch, and a veggie/fruit juice with dinner so does that mean they are out??:confused:
 
Wow - that will be a challenge! I can do any thing for a week. Lets see if it gets some results! I am also wondering about tea. I won't add any sugar or cream but some varieties still have a few calories per cup. Also what about a splash of lemon or lime juice in water? I'm ok if we don't count them - I just want to know what the expectation is. :)

The actual wording from the main thread was

Alright folks. My mini challenges is an expansion on this weeks.

Drink no calories. Every day you drink zero calories, you get a point. Black coffee and unsweetened tea are considered zero calories as the 2 calories in a mug of coffee/tea are burned in swallowing it. So water, black coffee, unsweetened tea, diet drinks.

I understand that vegetable and fruit juices can be healthy, but they aren't as healthy as eating the fruit or vegetable. My hope is that this will help people that drink sugary drinks like soda. Use the week to break your bad drinking habits. This will mean no alcohol drinks as well. All alcohol is high calorie and low nutrient in addition to slowing you metabolism and lowering your inhibitions/will power. I credit not drinking as a huge part of my losses so far.
