Not sure about the Dr. Pepper one...I'm not the biggest fan of Dr. Pepper. I will give it a try when I'm over in the States later this year - provided that I can find it somewhere. :)

I haven't reached my goal, which was 40 lbs lost, but I realise that it was simply too much to expect. I am quite happy with what I have lost.

I did, however, notice that my calories are way too low, barely hitting 1000 kcal on some days, so I have to seriously work on that. It's nice to see the pounds drop, but I am heading straight for a plateau already, and I don't want that to happen. Plus, I feel like crap. Tired, woozy and generally out of it, which is a clear sign that I don't eat enough. So...will do better in future.
 
That is an brilliant loss San - but you are right that you do not want to cut your calories too low... You have a long term project on your hands and we both know that plateaus do exist and we really do not want you getting into one because your body has adapted to a really low amount of calories...

You have been a brilliant challenge player and produced amazing results... They would be impressive if all was going well for you otherwise - and doubly so when you consider that it has been achieved in the face of a great deal of adversity.
 
Hi guys, sorry to be so late, just got back in a few hours ago and this is the first time I have access to sit down and write. From my last count, I believe Tuesday was the last day that I wrote in so here goes.

Wednesday
B:egg & grits, dd coffee
L: mini cracked conch snack
D: yogurt berry crunch cereal with almond/coconut milk
Calories: ~2000 calories
Exercise: did it, also the push-ups.
Water: ~9C (was walking up and down trying to finish up as much of my project before I left for the weekend+)

Thursday
B:N/A
S: dd coffee, donut, egg & cheese wrap
L: N/A (was traveling at this time, and international lines are no fun)
D: monte cristo sandwich & fries (when you arrive to the hotel late and hungry, you take what's fast and easy)
Calories:~2300 :cuss: blame above
Exercise: 0, push-ups 20

Sorry guys, but Thursday was so hectic for me, between going to the bank, arranging a ride and getting crap from said bank and then having to dash to the airport, the only thing I got out was the push-ups, I was not expecting the challenges that I encountered so the time that I had for exercise was sacrificed for the unforeseen emergencies that came up.

Promise to do better in the next challenge as I don't see any more travel before July...:biggrinjester:

GOLD are the only team that stayed together to the very end of the challenge. We didnt lose anyone - and we lost tons of weight as a team.
